This the first time we have used this company, and will be using again. Dave T arrived on time, was very polite and helpful. He serviced our boiler, explained everything he had done, and recommended further works.

GOGO boilers fitted a new boiler for me last year - initial experience not great with some inappropriate comments but person who came seemed to know what they were doing. now a year on booked a service for AM 28th Sept, no info just that it was AM, so was ready and waiting at 8am - still waiting at 1pm - called - engineer delayed - could they have not called to say there was a delay, there seems to be an atittude customers can wait without notice or information, that perhaps in their view customers have nothing better to do with their time. so an entire morning totally WASTED! I got an email from them too saying NEW SERVICES - VISIT THE WEBSITE - it takes you to general website so lord only knows what new services they offer I called at 9am for an estimated time of arrival - again little evidence of concern for customers - an almost how dare you even question what time we will be arriving JUST WAIT they may have staff shortages, they may face problems BUT good, kind communication rather than the blaming of issues - would be much better after all it is the customers that pay that will keep this business going. Very disappointing, defensive and blaming responses which I cant know about unless they tell me and arent my problem - timely courteous information - and finally, if I want a boiler service I can call them back!!! INLCUDED AFTER GOGO BOILERS RESPOND EXCEPTIONALLY DISAPPOINTING THAT IT IS UNTRUTHFUL - if only I could add the screenshot of my call log, which I have sent to GOGO BOILERS to show I called AFTER 1PM AND SAID I HAD TO GO not BEFORE as they claim. On their reply they say I said I had to leave at 1pm and that I said that at 11am I called at 9 and 1.30pm approx only and have sent GOGO boilers evidence via email of these calls so your account is absolutely NOT TRUE - I waited till 1.30pm and at that time said, I cannot wait any longer as I had taken time off work, the morning not the entire day. Shame they cant get the facts straight. I was also told the engineer was in Orpington which is not local to me and would take longer than 20 minutes to get to me. Therefore, there was no possibility of anyone reaching me before 2pm not 12, the response just worsens the experience and star rating has been reduced to reflect my disappointment in the untrue version of events presented by them. I am not reviewing to get discounts or free service and have turned down that offer booking with another service provider. Reviews are to ensure people are aware and maybe you might consider adding relevant information and even order of visit in a days schedule to information provided to customers as it would be helpful and allow people to move away from the window - it is unfortunate I am hard of hearing and no bell - I tried to mitigate these things which was met with quite a bit of resistance and now you present an untruthful account in relation to the events. My call at 9am was to inform that I do not have a door bell, as I didnt want to waste anyone's time, I explained sitting and waiting was not possible and asked if there was any indication of time. At no point did I stress I needed a specific time - but what number on the list I was to give a vague indication and to release me from window watching. There are no times given on the system - about AM or PM - PERHAPS ADD THEM - so people know they are sitting waiting - i also had to push for even an indication of time. It is logical to believe an order is established for jobs, I explained why that would be helpful. If feedback is listened to it would help improve your service but there are several inaccuracies in the response you have provided which are offensive as they are not reflecting what happened. I have arranged the service with another provider.

We had an emergency breakdown of our boiler, I called GoGo Boilers on recommendation and they came out next day (would’ve been same day but got they got held up on a job and they kept me informed). Problem resolved by Ben who was thoroughly professional. Would highly recommend them. Thank you!

Whilst other plumbers asked to see photos first and then refused to accept the job (bathtub leak), because the space was too small. Obviously this wasn’t an issue for for gogoboilers. After a quick call to the customer service a plumber was sent next day a fixed the leak within 30 minutes!

Visited GoGo boilers to discuss getting a new boiler. Prices are competitive and got a fitting date really quickly. James fitted it. He tidied and hoovered up afterwards. Brilliant service. Have used GoGo boilers in the past (Gabby fixed a leaky radiator). They are always fast, efficient and extremely nice people to deal with. Highly recommend.

James the Boiler engineer was very helpful. He found the problem and explain to me what to do. He also advise me to check first if i have warranty on the boiler before he did any works. Which i really appreciate. As he really wanted to help instead of just to give me a quote for work. Will definitely use Go Go Boilers again in the future. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I've used Go Go. Once to remove one radiator and replace another, this time for a boiler inspection. Both times excellent service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
