Following a high risk gas situation being identified at our house, we urgently needed a 4 cylinder unit to be supplied. Tracey went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to get the unit we needed in incredibly tight timescales. We received regular and helpful communication about how the order was progressing. Everything was delivered on time and the unit is of excellent quality. We have now been able to reconnect a gas supply to our house! We cannot thank Tracey and the team at Asgard enough. Exceptional all round.

Good customer service , easy website

For me, customer service just doesn’t get any better than this. I had what most people would describe as a fairly minor issue in regard to getting a gas cabinet key. I spoke to Helen in customer services who, in a matter of minutes said she would send me the item, I expected it to arrive within a few days. Well, this is the really good bit, it arrived through my letterbox barely 24 hours later. Just brilliant, gold stars for Helen

Excellent company from ordering to delivery. All needed information can be found on the website but friendly staff on the phone if any further queries. Ordered in January after taking note of the delivery and expected manufacturing dates clearly stated on the website. Date also on confirmation email after ordering. As date of delivery arrived estimated times were sent making clear all could change due to weather traffic etc. Text and a phone call kept us informed as through no fault of the driver he needed road side assistance. He arrived late into the evening, very helpful, friendly and courteous with still one more drop to go. He is a credit to the company for keeping delivery date agreed. Shed quality excellent. It’s going over to Germany in April as just want we need to leave valuables safe whilst not there.

The long wait for delivery, delays, and lack of certainty over delivery dates, is not great. Especially when you’ve paid in full already.

A few years ago I bought an Access E for my electric cargo bike; it was straightforward to build with two of us and has stood up to wind, rain, storms and the scorching heat of a couple of summers ago. We recently needed to convert our garage from its previous workshop and storage space, so I once again turned to Asgard for storage. One Gladiator and a new extra-height Access (I have a toddler seat on the back of my e-bike now, so I needed the extra vertical space!), and I'm very happy that I came across Asgard. The products are really well-designed and built; little touches like the fact that there's only a couple of different types of screw across the literally hundreds of fixing points makes it easy to build, and the quality of the manufacturing means everything just lines up and goes in. What really earns Asgard their 5* rating though, is the support. I had a couple of teething problems and I had very quick, friendly responses from Helen at Asgard, along with rapid delivery of a handful of spare parts, extra screws and touch-up paint, all at no extra charge as I was getting everything set up. I think I'm all full up on sheds now, but if you need a strong, secure, metal shed - you won't regret buying Asgard.
