Delivered very quickly just as they said they would

Delivered whilst we were out but followed instructions as requested, to deliver to back garden. Felt sorry for loan driver; i'd expected them to deliver in pairs. 4 stars for the long lead time on delivery, even though it was exactly as stated before I placed order.

Order process was straightforward from website, but had no reply with delivery estimate and no response from either chatbot or email requests.

I purchased the 5x7 Metal Shed (Flexistore 1522) for a solar installation battery and inverter shed and then waited the 2 months for delivery. Overall the shed is well constructed with decent gauge metal. We were told it'd take around 2 hours to put up which I figured would be a tad optimistic. Raring to go on a concrete pad we started at 10pm and almost finished 8 hours later at 6pm. The front roof panel apex securing holes don't align with the rear roof panel so I'm awaiting a 4mm drill bit to secure the top section. The roof is secured by the side panel fixing and clamps in the meantime. There were some panels that fitted like a dream with all holes nicely mated. There were others where the holes were all over the place, some offset high whilst others offset low and others to the side. So drilling proved necessary on a good number of fixing points. The assembly might benefit from having point end tapping screws rather than the flat end screws provided. The flat end screws require a full and clear view of the back self tap hole, which sadly wasn't always there. The £250 charge for their fitting service might prove to be good value based upon our 8 hour experience. We couldn't use that assembly service though as I had to drill the floor to pass an earthing rod through and that is not allowed with their delivery/fit service. Today is a fairly mild day, 18C and one thing I noticed is how hot it gets inside the shed so I'll need to add an A/C unit to maintain the optimal conditions for solar batteries and inverter operation.

Great installation. Looks great. The only issues are - very hot inside on a sunny day, you may consider one of the sheds with extra ventilation depending on what you are storing 2 month wait from ordering. I could have ordered the shed before getting tenders for the shed base job BTW update - they've sent me some insulation - really 5* service- and perhaps basically my bad that I didn't realise metal sheds get hot!

Excellent quality - delivery driver employed by Asgard was brilliant and really helpful helping me move it to back of the house, it was easy to assemble and impressed by quality and hopefully will put thieves off, must be tricky to get into I reckon.

Great website that has all the answers. Good turnaround speed on orders and a thoroughly excellent British company to deal with.

Paid in full 680 pounds in May but a delivery day lined up for the end of JULY. Product probably best available but slow delivery is the spoiler for me.

Brilliant bit of kit, easy to erect ,did it myself,would have been a bit easier with 2 ,but I managed in between showers last weekend

It was advertised with delivery within 5-7 days. After purchasing I receive an email with an estimated despatch date 11 weeks later. I cannot comment on the product as I've not received it.

Shopping the basket is a bit clunky when using a phone & and it is easy to select the wrong items, especially on bundles, then difficult to remove. Also, product lead time is too long.

Great shed at a good price. Very friendly team erected it. Very secure & looks great.

We have been waiting several months for a shed to be delivered and have been given two delivery dates both of which have been missed. No communication from Asgard on either occasion. Very disappointing and inconvenient. I have tried calling but either no one answers or diverts to voicemail. 3.06.24 Update. Asgard have gone out of their way to resolve this issue. The crew arrived as advised and the new shed is in place. Well done. Thanks.

Good value and quick delivery

Ordered , with no delivery date until paid for , then had a delivery time of 10 weeks , so unfortunately had to cancel, shame as couldn’t wait that long .Glad to see a company busy though.

Whilst the delivery time is very long (by modern standards!), the team installing the shed were pleasant and really quick and did a thorough job. The shed is robust and should be good for many years. The only downside is the fact that the ground anchor can only be fitted to the wooden floor (which is turn is not fixed down), so this is something which reduces the security effect.

Great looking products, and the details on the website are very helpful to make sure you buy the right thing, but the times from order to fulfilment are massive - I ordered a small shed and a bike store, and have to wait more than 2 months before they are even dispatched. Would be helpful if this were more obvious at point of ordering?
