Very long wait for delivery date

Asgard has kept me informed of when they received payment and possible date of delivery. That's better than some that don't inform you at all. Thank you Asgard

bought a bike shed 3-years ago. no issues with delivery or installation and shed has performed as expected up until now, however, came back the other evening to find the lock jammed (despite regular maintenance, i.e. oiling). Asgard only provide a 1-year warranty on the lock. Having explained my predicament to them, their advice was to spend an additional £300+ on an engineer call-out and new door panel - about 60% of the price of the shed. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Quality product. Looks good I bought the 7x5 shed bumper pack and the hooks and shelving facilitate efficient storage/proper use of space. Installation team was polite and efficient. Thrilled with the purchase.

Superb service from initial contact to order placement, delivery and installation by the Asgard team. The quality of the shed is marvellous and it looks really strong and secure, far superior to the old wooden garden shed that it has replaced. I am pleased I selected the interior shelves, hooks and wood flooring which look very smart and caters for my gardening equipment admirably. I decided to opt for the Asgard installation team to erect the shed and it was well worth the additional cost. To watch them work was amazing, so professional, neat and tidy. The two installers could not have been more pleasant and informative, it was clear they were well versed with the techniques and processes needed to erect the shed. It is heartening to see a British made product of such a high standard, congratulations to all at Asgard and every success in the future. I have attached a couple of photos of the shed, the ivory colour is a great match for the garden fence and log stores!

Cracking shed and communication from placing order to delivery spot on. Only negative comment is the packaging on the shed was non existent and so numerous panels were scratched resulting in me having to purchase touch up paint at a cost to myself to protect my purchase against the elements.

The door handle/fascia shear-pin corroded within 3 years. Customer service was polite, but ultimately did not stand by the cheap assembly and I was required to pay £23 for a new door handle. Concerned that I’ll now need to the handle every few years!

A human actually answers the phone when you call, a pleasant experience compared to other companies. A serious devotion to the security aspect of their job and all products associated with the company. A good quick service , for me just a shed key but I would imagine the commitment to all parts related to their business is just the same. First class .
