Overall pleased with the windows, they were fitted very quickly and are very good quality.

Initially we had a knowledgeable sales man who during the pandemic professionally explained about the windows doors and the procedures that would follow and predicted timescale. With just over 12 hours notice after a phone call the fitters arrived at the property. Within two days the work was completed with minimum mess or noise. Three further visits were needed fto finish window sills. Also a hinge which wasn't aligning correctly. Then sealing around the doors which wasn't complete. The extra visits were swift but all these issues should have been identified on completion rather than a call back by the customer within a month of the products being fitted.

We were expecting problems with our new window installation due to all the windows being anything but square in our house which was built in 1750. However, Paul and Phil completed the job in 4 days and that included the french doors. What a fantastic job they did, always on time and worked tirelessly throughout. Very considerate with regards to where to work next and covered all our floors and furniture with protective covers. I simply cannot fault the guys or the company, first impressions really matter to me and from meeting the salesman, the surveyor and the installation team you can tell this is a family run business.I would recommend Sureseal Windows to anyone. Was initially apprehensive having made the appointment to get a quote for the replacement windows expecting a hard long drawn out pressurised sales pitch - even though Sureseal Windows had assured us that they didn't do that. I was of the mind that the more they pushed the less chance they had of getting the job. Certainly the best that they were going to get out of the day was to be one of several quotes obtained. Anyway, long story short, after Peter, the Sureseal rep had finished his pitch we signed the papers and ordered the windows. This was as a result of Sureseal being more than true to their word in terms of no 'hard selling' but also the quote, in our opinion being very reasonable and well below what we were expecting to pay. When it came to fitting the windows Conway, Paul and Dafydd did a very competent and professional job and were a pleasure to have around. Top marks Sureseal, thanks to all.

Very pleased with window installation. From start to finish everything was professionally done. Communication was excellent, the installers arrived on time, started straight away, very polite, cleaned all their mess up, left everything clean and tidy and intact. Very professional.

James was absolutely excellent at his job and didn't even mind a very manic puppy escaping to see him when he could!! The other guy who came to help install the conservatory was equally as professional at his job. I would recommend sureseal to anyone as from the very first contact to the last courtesy call they were all very professional.

We were very lucky to be recommend to sureseal, they were nothing but excellent from 1st visit, the quality of windows cladding facias and guttering, we chose black but had lots of colours. The staff were exceptional. We have 2 autistic children and they explained every part of installation in great detail to help them process. They look their time and gave both children space and consideration. We cant thank everyone enough. I would have no issues passing their details on to anyone I would recommend sureseal everytime a big thank you we are over the moon

From start to finish, except for the virus that put everything on hold for some time, once the ball started to roll again, the Sureseal team from the first meeting to show the wares and discuss what we would like ect, to the measuring of the doors and windows. To the team who fitted them, very happy, always cleaned up after any work done, (did cost me in making tea for them), more than happy to do, they were fast and very efficient, very impressed with their workmanship. And to the last bits and bobs that we had noticed, were more than happy to send some one out to sort out for us, have been kept in the loop through out the whole fitting, house now looks stunning from out side, but we have noticed that the house is now a lot warmer inside than it used to be, highly recommend Sureseal to future customers, thank you to all staff.

Fantastic!!!!! From the start to the end Sureseal have not let me down once. My new windows and doors are superb quality and the stain glass is absolutely amazing. There fitter team James and John were really professional arrived on time and fitted the windows and doors beautifully. Thankyou to Jon the owner who has also made the experience flow with ease.
