After seeing an advertisement on Facebook about an initiative to save money on home improvements, we had a telephone call from a gentleman named Jordan who we arranged to come out an give us an estimate for the complete change over from old wooden windows to UPVC including a front door and new french doors. He was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable and managed to get us to agree to purchasing the whole lot. We were given a three week waiting period and fair play they were true to their word. The installers took three days to complete the whole work on the house. Their service was exceptional and the standard of the services was extremely high. There was a little issue that was raised but fair play they rectified the problem without any problem. I would highly recommend this company as they are extremely friendly and the whole process was made very very smooth and efficient. Well done boys! Sara

Excellent service: they replaced four windows including two large bays; all the work was carried out to a high standard and the windows seem to be of a high quality construction. I was so impressed that I have ordered a new front door and side panels.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! I had reservations after terrible experiences with both Anglian Windows and Zenith Home, but it really was a case if third time lucky! We were looked after from start to finish. Communications were excellent. Workmen were simply amazing. They cleared up after themselves and made sure that we were happy at every stage. We've just had a new Anthracite Grey conservatory and knock through installed by Sureseal Windows. It all went really smoothly and we're delighted ! It has transformed a very old and dark house into a contemporary, much lighter space. Sureseal uses local craftsmen and it was a delight to get to know them all. They were friendly and curteous and worked efficiently and quickly. The manager made sure that I was happy with every step of the install and rang me on several occasions to report on progress.
