Always arriving on time and if there was a time that someone would be late, I was contacted. Workmanship is good and the fitters completed a good job, in a clean and efficient manner. I was so impressed, I have now placed a second order.

We already had the front of the house installed with Sureseal last year we have saved up for the back and there was only one place we wanted to go. The installers turned up last Thursday and Friday and it looks superb thanks.

Just had 3 windows and a front door fitted by these guys. Felt I had to write something as the whole experience was not what I expected having dealt with other window companies in our old house. These guys treated us with respect and delivered on all their promises. Very happy with our new windows. And we have had flattering comments about our front door. They even cleaned up after themselves. I assume this is normal but a nice change from previous company we used. Well done guys. Ps did you like my orange coffees?

Had my windows installed by Sureseal Windows Ltd recently. From signing the contract to installation took under a month... superb service. The staff were super friendly and professional. My home is much warmer after having the work done and the neighbours are commenting on how nice the windows look. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have their windows and doors replaced!

From the outset, the sales team where very friendly and professional. At no point throughout the negotiations, did we feel pressured or pulled into making quick decisions. The team simply provided us with the information to make our own decisions regarding the products. Compared to other companies in this field, they where by far the most accommodating and understanding. They paid particular attention in regards to helping us identify suitable products to suit our budget and layout of the property. This ensured that the finished product and look of the house has far surpassed our expectations. The difference before and after is outstanding. The installation team was also very efficient and respectful of the property. They worked tirelessly everyday to ensure the swift, safe and clean installation of all the products. Honesty, when they finished you wouldn't have known they had been and the windows have made a huge difference. Clearly a high quality product. Sureseal appears to be Homestyle Cymru under a new name. Same directors, same product. Homestyle Cymru has gone into receivership. The products are good quality and Sureseal's salesman was very pleasant, but work done for me by Homestyle was far from acceptable, with multiple problems still unsolved over two years later. The director actually told me he didn't care if his fitters don't put screws in straight. If he doesn't require good standards of workmanship, the customer can't expect them. I cancelled my Sureseal order when I discovered this director is now director of Sureseal, since if the quality of their fitters' workmanship is no better I can't expect it to be put right to my satisfaction. I therefore have no actual experience of Sureseal's work but have no confidence that others will have a better experience than I did with Homestyle.

We had our new composite door installed today and I have to say it looks superb !!! The gentleman who we purchased off was very honest, helpful and professional. None of the typical Salesman approach.
