Our experience with sureseal was positive from start to finish. The salesman had a good knowledge of the product & was very informative without being pushy. The windows were manufactured & fitted faster than we expected. The fitters were speedy & clean. We are very happy with our beautiful 16 sash windows! Thank you. Would definitely recommend.

I arranged a quote and consultation to be made through the eco scheme and double-checked Sureseal could pick up the keys for our new property as we weren't allowed before our exchange date the following week. I have been quoted and had site/home visits by 3 other companies. After ringing up and speaking to Peter Hulley twice to check everything was fine and they could pick up the keys. On the day was told by Adam quite dismissively that he wouldn't do it, or pick up the keys. I have a 2-month-old baby and just about managed to book time off work so extremely disappointed. I can't speak for the product but I was disappointed by the communication breakdown and that I'd wasted time and money on this company.

A good experience that started with the company rep, a fair price offered from the start, no games. The windows arrived a little earlier than expected, I'm fully satisfied with the end result and Sureseal is a company that goes out of its way to ensure a satisfied customer, in my experience anyway.

Having spent many weeks and visits to several double glazing companies both my wife and I were very impressed with Sureseal windows we felt at the time of ordering that their product was the best , choosing windows and doors are a expensive decision to make there was no pressure selling and were very accommodating and patient with us both making at our request several visits to our property to answer any questions we had. When the windows and patio doors arrived and fitted in place we were so glad we chose Sureseal they are such good quality ,solid and secure windows. Nothing was to much trouble for the window fitters they were efficient ,respectful and they cleaned up after themselves taking any rubbish they made away, Finally the owner/director Jon was always available , easy to communicate with and pleasant. Brilliant from start to finish. Staff we delta with were brilliant Jordan the sales rep and James the window fitter. Jordan was great at answering the questions about the windows and helping in deciding on what to choose and nothing seemed to much of an issue. James the fitters workmanship was top qualify and he took pride in what he was doing. Will not hesitate to go to them in the future.

During the initial sales call there was none of your typical double-glazed salesperson's techniques. You know the kind of thing - "here's the price, but I can knock off 10% today as we are having a sale, and there's 15% special offer because you have brown eyes, oh and let me call my manager to see if we can get some more off if you sign up today". With Sureseal it was a simple price and that's it. So refreshing. As it turned out the price was in the same range as all the others once they had gone through their 'reduction' dance. We talked through lots of different options with the salesperson and never at any point did we feel we were being 'sold' something. Instead, we were given options and helped to choose. We then had a choice of how we would like to pay. Again, this was unexpected, in line with good practice, and very welcome. Once the price was agreed a surveyor came to measure precisely. He made a return trip just to double-check as some of the windows are unusual. In the end we had 2 massive bay windows, 10 other windows, and 2 doors replaced by SureSeal. These were very old single glazed 1900 wooden windows. We knew there would be issues with a house this old but the fitters dealt with everything the house could throw at them. There are always some issues of course, as nothing is perfect, but these were with items manufactured/delivered incorrectly. The important thing is how a company responds to such issues. In this case, Sureseal didn't bat an eyelid. Replacements were ordered and fitted with no fuss. We cannot fault the workmanship and expertise of the fitters. They obviously take pride in their work. At one point one they pointed out a small chip on one of the window frames and this was simply replaced. It was supposed to take 5 days but took 9 in total - mainly because of the house - but, again, there was no issue with them staying on and finishing the job. And what a great job they have done. We could not be happier. The new windows enhance a house that has bundles of character. Based on our experience and how the windows look our neighbors have already asked for a quote. We highly recommend Sureseal and if we had any windows left to replace (!) we would use them again without hesitation.

Sureseal fitted a new front door and five windows for us last summer and I thought I'd wait until we'd been through another winter before leaving this review. In the past the east wind has driven through our house and taken all the heat out but not any more, the handsome new windows make such a difference. Jordan James came to price the job and show us a sample of their product. They were not the cheapest but the quality of their window sold itself so after a delay to save some cash we went ahead. We live in an old Welsh cottage and wanted to replace the leaky wooden windows with something modern that didn't look too much out of place and these UPVC windows with the white woodgrain finish and faux Georgian bars look the part.Not like some plastic windows that I've seen. There was quite a long wait before the fitters came but they were clean and efficient and got the job done in two working days. About two months later the door seemed to have sagged a little so I phoned the Ammanford office and the technician came to adjust it a week later, no problems since. All in all we are delighted with the job they did and the products they sell. My only issue now is how to touch up the scratches that the bloody puppy put in the front door.

Wonderful experience with Sureseal from the start. Neil was brilliant - he was so thorough, answered all our questions and left us feeling very confidant that we had chosen the right company for us. There was no pressure to decide and he left us to approach him when we were ready. James, Mathew, and the rest of the team that installed the windows were also brilliant; polite, friendly, hard working and tidy! Also, the finish was amazing! We’re so happy with our windows and doors! But the most impressive aspect was the customer service side of it all. Even when there was what I thought would be a big issue, the boys on site and John in the office were very reassuring. They sorted it out immediately. There have been some very minor follow up work that needed doing - my husband rang late on Friday afternoon, left a message and by 9am Monday morning, Sureseal rang up to arrange for their service engineer to pop round the next day. He soon sorted the issue - thank you Ian! Anyway, would definitely recommend Sureseal. So glad we listened to the other customer reviews and went with them.

I cannot fault any part of this process. Everything from the initial consultation, the measuring and the fitting was done on time and to a high standard. I was most impressed with the sales team as they did not mess me about with the prices. The price quoted was the actual price and it was incredibly reasonable. I have already recommended Sureseal (via the eco scheme) to a lot of my friends. My mum was present when they fitted the windows and she was very impressed with the fitting team - high praise.

I would definitely recommend using Sureseal to install new windows and doors. The workmen turn up ON TIME and are extreemly efficient and tidy. I am going to use them again to replace my remaining windows as the quality of the product was second to none.
