Had 5 windows and a door fitted. We were assessed a few months ago and placed an order, the salesman was helpful and honest and went well above and beyond! We required planning, which sureseal helped as much as they were able to. The fitters were really good, the job took longer due to some insulation work done in the previous year on a gov grant which was a complete botch job. This made it far more difficult for the sureseal guys, and too longer. But they worked hard and did a genuinely incredible job. We’re so pleased with the results. 100% worth it.

Amazing service, quality windows and excellent installation Windows were fitted very quickly and professionally. Lovely finish. Some extra building work was done to lower height of window and block a window up but this was all accommodated within the service. Very helpful.

From the first visit through to measuring, delivery and installation we cannot recommend them enough. We were offered relevant information without any pressure. The delivery time was good considering the Christmas break was in the middle. Mal and James installed 8 windows over 2 days. They worked without a break and there was no damage or mess. Really pleased with the quality of my new windows and front door! The fitter, James, was excellent and explained things at various stages - from removal of old windows, to fitting new. Steve the engineer also visited to complete the finishing touches and he was equally as good and methodical. Excellent service from Sureseal! Would highly recommend.

The sales, surveyor and fitter Alan all very polite and helpful, Alan did an excellent job installing my door and windows very efficient, friendly and for a company in Wales to travel as far as Basingstoke, doing an excellent job I would recommend them.

Sean worked solidly over the 2 days fitting the windows and door and was very neat in his work, clearly very accomplished and skilful. He was also very personable and took the time to answer questions and explain what to expect. I also want to thank Richard for answering my various questions pre and post having the windows installed. I am really glad I made the decision to go ahead with Sureseal and can highly recommend the company.

The installation was carried out by Sean Thomas. His craftsmanship was second to none. Nothing was to much trouble and made sure everything he did we were happy with. When enquiring about my windows and new front door I was dealt with by an amazing team, who then came out the following day to show me what style windows I could have, talked me through everything, measured up and ordered straight away. The website was so easy to design my own front door to exactly what I wanted. The fitters did an amazing job, and were very friendly, and most importantly tidy. The noise difference with new windows living on a main road is amazing. I can no longer hear any passing cars, and no more drafts. I would highly recommend Sureseal to all my friends and Friends. Very friendly and considerate nothing was to much trouble for them. My overall experience from the start to finish Thank you also to Neil my sales rep. Tim came to my house promptly in the morning and worked so very hard all day and didn't finish till 5.30pm. In that time he installed 3 windows. The following morning he installed 2 more windows. I am really pleased with his work and the look of the new windows is really smart. Suresealwindows is a very good firm and my thanks to Tim for working so hard.
