Everything was great, from initial consultation to finished job. I was actually in hospital on the day of installation but they just got on with the job with my mum on hand in case of problems (there were none!) the house is so much quieter and the draughty old single glazed windows replaced with modern double glazed units! I would highly recommend this company!!

Absolutely brilliant team we live in a lodge house With curved windows inside and out there is delicate cornicing around the windows and the team was mindful of all this and the finish was absolutely beautiful. The team was courteous came on time and worked very hard. Absolutely brilliant

From brilliant upfront sales and a determination not to give up just because I hate plastic windows ..... Sureseal's products are great, look fantastic and work wonderfully well. They didn't blink as we changed our mind on colour / style and what type of openings we needed. Fantastic quality and fantastic fitting service. We have just had our windows & doors, replaced & I am so impressed by this Company from start to finish, from the initial phone contact, the Surveyor, & the Installer Sean, the whole experience has been exemplary. The job was completed on time, the staff are courteous & friendly. A special thank you, must go out to the Installer Sean, who worked diligently, professionally, whose eye for detail & finishing second to none. I highly recommend the product & the company. My American friend, who was here when the work was going on, said ‘When I’m building my house, I would fly that guy out to fit my windows !’. Jon , Jason and his team had found themselves in a position whereby they had window's which were no longer required.My parents in their 80s expressed an interest.My mother is suffering with dementia and so we thought the installation would be too much.This firm not only fitted them for FREE but send two set of fitters to complete the job quicker and ease her anxiety. Jon's words to me was sometimes it just feels the right thing to do ! This firm has restored my faith in human kindness and my parents are absolutely over-the moon.Thank you so so much.

Excellent service from start to finish. Salesman visited us and was very proffessional in his approach and showing us the product, no hard sell. Surveyor also very proffesional very knowledgeable and gave us a greater understanding of the products. Fitters outstanding (Jamie & Mal) nothing too much trouble, courteous, tidy and cleaned up each of the 5 days on site. All materials removed from site.

From my initial query to Sureseal to the ordering and fitting of the windows/door the company has been most helpful, and explained the process clearly and responded to my questions without any pressure. As well as recieving constructive customer service, I am extremely pleased with the product which is first-class, and is exactly to the standard I expected after browsing through their brochure. In addition, the fitters were on time and worked tirelessly - clearing up after they had finished. Overall the experience of having this major upgrade to my property went really smoothly.

EXCELLENT service from start to finish. Honestly had the best experience with Sureseal Windows. From the very start dealing with Jordan James answering all my questions and queries on the windows and profile, through to the quote and finance deal to arranging the site survey with Rob and on to John who arranged the fixing date and team. The window fitters were absolutely amazing and a credit to the company and I cant quite believe how quick they did the job, I was fortunate enough to have James, Phil & James, to say they were excellent is an understatement. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, the standard of finish is excellent, they replaced 13 box sash windows to a very high standard and they now look totally amazing. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company.

Overall, a good service from the initial consultation, through to the windows and doors being fitted. We were a bit surprised the company sent just one fitter to do such a huge job - 6 huge triple glazed windows and 2 doors, but the fitter worked incredibly hard to fit all that alone and we are very pleased with the result. We did have a few minor issues after the fittings and had to call the engineer out, but he arrived promptly and put the problems right with no fuss. Overall, a really good experience -a very customer centred service and really decent engineers. We are very happy with our purchase and recommend the company, especially as they do all they can to put things right should something go wrong and are concerned that customers are satisfied - which is very important and you certainly don’t get that service from a lot of companies these days. Great customer service is worth a so much.
