Wecasa pros are free to choose when they want to work By working with Wecasa, our partners are free to say yes or no to every proposal they receive. They can pick their working hours, their travel area. They are free to develop their customer base without Wecasa or to work with similar app. They are also free to leave the pro community without a reason. Our algorithm rewards every talent – no discrimination We created an algorithm to match pros with customers. For this, we take into account the travel area and the talent in order to favour the best pro. We do not take into account the gender nor the background. It might not be significant for you, but for us (and for them) this means a lot. An example? Unfortunately the concept is flawed as you are unable to choose a professional and thereby go off reviews and find a person who is vouched for. I'm sure some of the cleansers are great but unfortunately mine wasn't very good and wasn't particularly friendly either, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. They were also very scruffily dressed and walked around my house barefoot. They did not know how to plug in a hoover or how to use the mop bucket, they used the incorrect sprays on surfaces, and left a lot of obvious things uncleaned (shower, skirting boards, cobwebs), dusting/hoovering around things rather than moving them etc. They had limited English and clearly struggled to convey questions to me and to understand my answers. I booked a one-off clean as I wanted someone to do a slightly more thorough job than I typically do weekly, and I ended up doing everything else after they left. I also did not feel comfortable giving my cleaner an accurate rating as they were so insistent on me leaving them a good rating.

Charles is an excellent cleaner! He is friendly, attentive, and prioritized our needs to maximize the 3 hours available. Although he arrived a bit late due to heavy traffic, he made up for it by staying the full agreed time. Despite only booking 3 hours for a deep clean of a 2-bedroom house, he exceeded our expectations. We are very grateful for his service and would request Charles specifically in the future. Thank you, Charles! The online platform and booking process were clear and efficient. However, it would be helpful if the website provided more details on the equipment required by the customer and what the deep clean service includes, such as oven cleaning and window washing. Overall, the platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate.

Easy to book and over all a good clean but some key areas missed for an end of tenancy clean like the fridge and freezer, wiping the light switches and dusting some radiators

Genuinely the worst customer service that I have encountered. I hired someone for end of tenancy cleaning, the place was filthy there were dust piles left in the corner of rooms, the counters were not wiped at all. They make it very difficult to get in contact with customer service and when you do get in contact you aren’t allowed to respond.

Booked as a one off cleaning to help whilst recovering from injury, the service was incredibly easy to use, finding a cleaner with availability on the day of request. Valerie was great, her cleaning was very thorough and she was happy to help with all of my requests with a smile. Will definitely use the service again.

Booked a one off cleaner who was just terrible - she didn’t assess how much there was to do in the time available and spent two hours just cleaning our kitchen, then left us with half the house to clean whilst I’m heavily pregnant. Tried to contact customer service to complain and ask for a refund, could only get to their chatbot which told me to fill in the feedback questionnaire and any complaints would be dealt with that way - I have heard absolutely nothing from them.

Original review: Dodgy company - cleaner came, took a lot longer to clean than needed as was late, on the phone etc but was charged for the extra time. I complained but no refund has been issued and there is no way to speak to someone. Update: The reply from Wecasa is untrue - no one has tried to contact me since the date of their reply nor has a refund been issued - it seems like they are using the reply to look like they are dealing with complaints without actually actioning them

Genuinely terrible. I spent the same amount of time cleaning-up after the cleaner, than he spent cleaning. You have no choice of cleaner (despite request) and the cleaning standard itself was poor. Our cleaner was 'new' (I have no idea how many cleans they had done) but they clearly lacked experience. They used surface cleaner on mirrors and show screens (so they were covered in white film and apparently did not notice) and attempted to use limescale cleaner on a marble table. A total disaster. I complained, but they did not care. Absolutely avoid.
