Wecasa pros are free to choose when they want to work By working with Wecasa, our partners are free to say yes or no to every proposal they receive. They can pick their working hours, their travel area. They are free to develop their customer base without Wecasa or to work with similar app. They are also free to leave the pro community without a reason. Our algorithm rewards every talent – no discrimination We created an algorithm to match pros with customers. For this, we take into account the travel area and the talent in order to favour the best pro. We do not take into account the gender nor the background. It might not be significant for you, but for us (and for them) this means a lot. An example? The final straw I have tried Wecasa a few times and have found it quite unsatisfactory with timekeeping especially bad. This time the guy just cancelled 75 minutes before it's due...I have guest coming and mistakenly thought I could rely on Wecasa, never again!!

One hour late starting and finished early also. Did some cleaning but not what u expected. The app has very poor UX to alter the time in the event the cleaner turns up late / finishes early. Expect to be disappointed.

Your pro cancelled my 1 time cleaning session on multiple times I try to contact her she said she can't talk then I got busy with my work and the she messaged she cancelled because she is sick and she is in A&E but I got charged for that and then I got offer from another pro he can do it but 1 hour late from previous time so I needed it to be done I booked him he done his job brilliantly but I got charged again. So for 1 session I got charged twice I don't understand this when I chat with them they said they will contact me next day via email but no sign that they are reading my messages on app because session is done I can't see my invoice on the app so their phone number doesn't work don't know how I can get my money back.

I have used the company to book the cleaner last week for after tenant cleaning service for four hours. Although the house had new carpets and new paint all over and the trademen left house cleaned but still needed good dusting and bathroom cleaned. The company sent an untrained, inexperience 16 year girl to clean up who didnot know how to clean or to do dusting. I have paid more money for premium service but was very disappointed. I donot think it was cleaner's mistake, she was not trained or explained the job properly. It was total waste of money. I complained to the company immediately and no body came to rectify the situation. Feel very disappointed to use theirservice. It is a hit and miss company with noback up support.

It is a great and very handy app, however I think a more through process needs to be put in place for the people you hire as cleaners. We had one lady who barely spoke any english and it was very difficult to communicate and she kept cleaning every thing with a window cleaner even tho multiple cleaning products were provided, she was constantly late as well. When we requested a different one she would cancel on the day, once she called and apologised and other times she would just cancel on the app without saying anything. Now we are finally happy with the person we have so just hoping he will stick around! But otherwise its a very handy app for cleaning services.

We have 2 wonky haircuts. The hairdresser we had was very sweet but not skilled to cut 2 kids hair. We now have 2 very wonky haircuts on our 2 and 4 year old My children were still throughout but she was with us for 1.5hrs and took more and more hair away I’ve been offered £5 off my next service, there is no chance of me using this app again I would like a full refund please, waiting for them to come back to me Such a shame as I would of loved this service going forward

Good cleaning service if you get the right cleaner sent. Booking system made slightly harder as dates aren’t flexible if you want to keep the same cleaner

Super easy to find a cleaner, schedule cleans and pay. Our current cleaner is absolutely fantastic! Far better than other platforms that I have used to find a cleaner. Moreover, the pricing is extremely reasonable.

I’ve had three cleans through Wecasa and whilst the first two were good, one exceptional, this last one really missed the mark. I was paired with a new cleaner, no reviews and it was clear she was unprepared and not sure what to do. Arrived without proper kit, such as cloths and was not able to complete the clean, leaving it not much better than when she walked in the door. Because Wecasa only allows you to chose the person who last cleaned for you, it’s a lottery. I won’t be using again.
