We pay professionals a fair wage 75% of the customer price goes to the pro on average for every order. What about the margin? Do not worry, there isn’t a big castle in Marbella or sparkling watches. The margin helps us finance the VAT, the logistics costs, the team salaries and the marketing investment to build Wecasa’s awareness. Furthermore, we are aligned with the London Living Wage. Wecasa pros are free to choose when they want to work By working with Wecasa, our partners are free to say yes or no to every proposal they receive. They can pick their working hours, their travel area. They are free to develop their customer base without Wecasa or to work with similar app. They are also free to leave the pro community without a reason. Our algorithm rewards every talent – no discrimination We created an algorithm to match pros with customers. For this, we take into account the travel area and the talent in order to favour the best pro. We do not take into account the gender nor the background. It might not be significant for you, but for us (and for them) this means a lot. An example? We are transparent with our partners We communicate to all of our partners how the algorithm works, the score they have and the areas in which they can improve on. We do not point fingers, being transparent is not obvious to all companies. Just moved into a new flat and there was dust everywhere. I went out for a couple of hours and when I came back the flat was clean. It was super simple to book and will be using this service again.

Unfortunately, when we checked our Dyson V11 Absolute vacuum after it was used by the cleaner, we found that the trigger pull was broken. This vacuum is one that we use and love. We filed a claim, but it comes with a £200 excess and only provides £150 in vouchers. In the end, there will be no assistance towards repairing the vacuum. Essentially, there is no support for getting a new vacuum or fixing the trigger. Far from ideal. EDIT: did a claim, but because of the unfriendly business practices (excess of £200) is not even worth for us to make a claim. Also, when they refund, is only on vouches. Bad

This was my first time using Wecasa, and I had hoped it would lead to a regular arrangement. However, the experience has been far from satisfactory. I specifically paid extra for a thorough deep clean, including an additional charge for the cleaner to provide their own cleaning products. Despite clearing this payment, the cleaner arrived without any supplies. They informed me that Wecasa had not communicated the requirement to bring their own cleaning products. This oversight has resulted in an unsuccessful cleaning session, as we now lack the necessary supplies to complete a thorough deep clean as promised and paid for. This situation is unacceptable, considering we have been charged extra for a service that was not delivered. The service is not in-expensive, £55 for 2 hours of work and therefore very much not worth the money. Their customer service states they will respond to issues within 48 hours, it has now been 1 week.
