Wecasa pros are free to choose when they want to work By working with Wecasa, our partners are free to say yes or no to every proposal they receive. They can pick their working hours, their travel area. They are free to develop their customer base without Wecasa or to work with similar app. They are also free to leave the pro community without a reason. Our algorithm rewards every talent – no discrimination We created an algorithm to match pros with customers. For this, we take into account the travel area and the talent in order to favour the best pro. We do not take into account the gender nor the background. Cleaning was okay, not quite to the standard you’d expect. It would be better if you would get multiple cleaners and you could select which profile you want to avoid matching with low rated ones.

I contacted you and you did not reply or ask for any information about my complaint. I even have pics of the work yet no one even bothered to ask the customer - yet you had an entire conversation with your cleaner. That says it all. Interesting to know where We Casa’s priorities lie. The boat has running water and all I needed was the walls to be wiped down with the window frames. Easiest job EVER. Thanks for nothing WeCasa. I have a complaint from a TERRIBLE service last week and still WeCasa haven’t bothered to contact me and sort it out. I’m appalled at the lack of concern and shocked anyone would hire someone so totally- well - they’re either inept genuinely or were taking advantage of my easy nature. I had to do almost all the work over and the rest myself.

BEWARE!!! To all and any cleaners working with wecasa i warn you this horrific platform does not value cleaners or treat them with any respect or appreciation whatsoever! In the case of any dispute wecasa ALWAYS side with the customer and do not take into account anything you have to say or any evidence you may provide. You’ll end up ripped off and scammed! The company treat cleaners like absolute garbage and do not handle any problems fairly or amicably! There is a lot of hidden stress working with a company like this as issues are drawn out,messages are ignored and throw anything you say to dismissal wecasa staff could care less! AVOID this platform if your seeking genuine work without scams and unfair communication. They pay very low,payments take ages and they profit on cleaners hard work! Wecasa ignore your communication in time and do little to help. The company is blind and gullible to customer scams and does not operate fairly in most cases! June 2024. I suffered a customer chargeback after the customer lied about my attendance to a booking. I then had a wecasa agent “Jember” contact me to inform me they’ll be refunding the customer despite my attendance and service to the customer! Myself and the customer actually came to a mutual agreement to solve any issue - this too was communicated to wecasa that was completely dismissed by “jember” - when I hold evidence of the customer agreeing to an alternative solution!!! I was not even given time to action the agreed solution and I replied to “jember” in the timeframe she provided! Yet it made no difference so I actually wonder why she even bothered to contact me?!? Her actions were useless and frustrating!!! Despite my additional claims and evidence provided in the form of screenshots and photos wecasa fully sided with the customer and didn’t even give me the chance to rectify anything! The agent “Jember” was extremely rude,unfair and unprofessional she was incredibly disrespectful and didn’t listen to a word i had to say! She hanged up on me during the phone call and spoken over me numerous times!! She called me unannounced Recorded our conversation against my will and did nothing whatsoever to help! I am disgusted by her handling of the situation and her overall rotten attitude! She gives the app a bad name! I strongly suggest anyone AVOID this customer agent in any case you’ll get no where with her and leave unsatisfied and upset!! Ask to speak to someone else! Please see other reviews here too where other people have complained about her conduct towards disputes and situations!! So it appears I’m not the only one who has suffered at consequence of her actions!!! She also claimed they’ll be taking back the money from anything I earn which means I’ll be working for nothing which is really unfair!! As a result I’ll be taking on new no bookings until this resolved I refuse to work for free! Especially to Refund a dishonest customer! Any issue you have don’t even bother and expect wecasa to help! All they care about is money and profit over the well-being of their service providers!!! Not the best environment for any professional to thrive! Working with this company leaves you open to scams and theft! As customers are selfish,lie,exaggerate and falsify evidence,conduct scams,make up excuses because they don’t want to pay and wecasa fall for It hook line and sinker! Duuuhhhh Wake up wescasa and smell the coffee! I was completely dissatisfied with the support I received during this situation!!! I have shared this feedback with the helpteam who have refused to help and now are ignoring my messages! Including a direct email I’ve sent to the founder!!! I will be writing to the customer head office I don’t care if it’s paris they can translate it seeing as they have plently of free time considering the fact they are useless at doing anything else! Absolutely DIGUSTING support and acknowledgment Thanks a lot wecasa if I see your adverts anywhere I will tear them down you don’t deserve any business or credibility at all! Your reviews are fake and your cleaner support is non-existent!!! I will bare this experience in mind forever and would not recommend this company to anyone looking for work! My advice is work elsewhere I know i will!!! So it’s not just customers they screw over beware they do it to cleaners too! BEWARE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU DO ANY BUSINESS with this company!

I booked for an end of cleaning, and of course paid an higher rate because it’s supposed to be a deep cleaning. I book 3 hours which is the suggested time for a house of 65 square meters on their alp. Not only the cleaner did not perform a deep cleaning throughout ( not even moved sofa cushions to clean underneath , not cleaned the floor , not dusted the doors or any other surfaces and many other things) The cleaner stained the kitchen floor with the oven cleaner product, broke the mop basket, stained the oven handle . Of course after this I have been charged by the letting agents to perform the cleaning again for double the price so 90 from wecasa + 160 from the letting agency. I have been tried to get at least a refund for the session which I think is the bare minimum, but their customer service is non existent nobody really replied to me with a solution after I have been ripped off like that. Their insurance is a mockery and won’t cover any damage under 200 pounds, also after that for the first 150 pounds they will only issue wecasa voucher 🤣 , so if you get damaged for 350 £ you only receive 150 pound of voucher so I got nothing at all. I feel if something go wrong this service transform very quickly in a scam so be aware!!! So my suggestion is avoid at all cost
