This must be my 7th or 8th Revolve order. Processing and shipping has been quick for me (for my recent purchase, I ordered on 12/29 after hours and received my order on 1/04). I appreciate their customer friendly policy of free shipping and free returns (printed return label is included with your order). For one of my orders, I forgot to use the promo code and contacted their customer service, who quickly helped me. The products I’ve ordered have always been accurately depicted online. They offer a wide selection of apparel/shoes/accessories and have great sales, and incentives. One caution is that the hair products, skincare, and makeup they sell cannot be returned if you tried it. I normally don’t order these products from them unless I already use regularly. Overall, will continue to order from them!

They shipped my orders next day, even though i didnt get my order next day, they refunded what i paid for the next day shipping. Customer service was always so helpful.

I always trust revolve. On time and when I don’t like something they provide the return label and in a couple of days they get the return and refund the money . Most of the time clothes fit perfectly and no need to return them

Revolve has to be the worst e-commerce I've ever tried. It's been a nightmare ordering from them over the last few weeks and I definitely will never be purchasing from them again. Zero coordination among their team, mis-quoted prices, delayed packages, constant emails reassuring customers that the "package is arriving", and generally a terrible experience. They really are a scam.

Silvester im Metropol Zuerst das Lob an die Security, sehr freundlich und auch mit nem lockeren Spruch. Echt klasse! Trotz queue jump Ticket 25 Minuten anstehen, weil beide schlangen gleichzeitig abgearbeitet werden- dafür muss man nicht extra bezahlen! Zum Jahreswechsel- nichts! Also kein "Happy New year" von niemandem! Und auch der DJ hat einfach ein eintöniges track ablaufen lassen, zumindest hat es sich so angehört. Nach zwei Stunden hatten wir genug von dem Trauerspiel und sind gegangen. Schade die location, hätte alles für ne schöne Party gehabt. Und zum Schluss "Dresscode" auch Fehlanzeige. Jeans und t-shirt, oder Rolli, oder tanktop, hätte auch gereicht. Alles in allem die schlechteste revolver ever! Metropol nie wieder! Das nächste mal wieder kitty, da können Sie Party!!!
