Best client service. I order a lot from there and the return process is very easy and prepaid, no hidden tax cost. I‘ve had several interactions in the past with the client service and every one of them has been so lovely, nice and HELPFUL. It‘s so rare these days I was really surprised.

The dress delivery was very late, I had ordered it for my birthday but I did not receive if for that date because it was delayed. When I did receive it, it was not looking like the pic in color and the fitting was poor. I am returning it as I don’t need it anymore and didn’t like it either.

We went to look at mother of bride and groom dresses! The shop is smelly and resembles a jumble sale down stairs we went upstairs to look at dresses and the staff were extremely rude. And clearly did not want our custom! You cant look at stock easily as dresses are to tightly packed in we were told to make an appointment on a weekday (no thanks) because she had not got time for us because they are in prom season proms are July not February
