I ordered an outfit for my birthday last week. Despite chasing multiple times it never got shipped. They reissued a new shipment and again it hasn’t been passed to DHL - utterly awful service!! Now I have nothing to wear for my birthday which is a huge disappointment Order number was B240482129

Shopping on Revolve was super easy and convenient. I received my order here in Canada so quickly and will definitely be shopping on the site again.

After sales customer service impeccable. My jumper came out its first cold hand wash (as per washing instructions) with run ink marks all over it. Revolve paid for it to be dry cleaned and when that didn't work, exchanged it for a new one as soon as back in stock. Whilst slightly worried same will happen again, I can not fault their unquestioning helpfulness in replacing what they tell me was a one-off faulty jumper.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM REVOLVE INTERNATIONAL, THEY ARE A FRAUD - I have purchased over $6000 USD ($5500 EUROS) and sent back the products over 3 weeks ago, and they still haven't refunded anything. We have the shipping company confirming the package shipment returned to the warehouse, yet NOTHING is refunded. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, they just copy/paste a comment to call my credit card company. What an absolute nightmare!

Cheap looking clothing for high price. I paid almost 2k for 4 items which look like purchased in H&M. Will not purchase again.

I find the quality for the price is poor. The goods are packaged very badly. If I’m paying £385 for a dress I’d expect it to be in a box on a hanger not shoved in and screwed up in a plastic bag!! Also the fit is awful on most of the items

Item arrived albeit one day late but that wasn’t the fault of the company. However, the corset is far longer in reality than what is shown in the photo. Don’t know why with a size small it would be like that. In addition, the website details state there’s no stretch which is NOT true as there is stretch. Should have ordered an xs which is always my standard size. But I’m sure the corset length would still be too long and as I’m very long waisted it shouldn’t be the way it is. Hoping my seamstress can work some magic.
