I ordered a dress for my 40th birthday and decided to go for a large to be on the safe side. Turns out I should have got a Medium so I initiated a return. I emailed REVOLVE to clarify the exchange process and told them I would need the new dress sent to a different address. They were so helpful and even called me to confirm my new address. They even told me that they had a Medium on hold for me. I have not experienced this level of customer service ever when I have bought something online. The staff or so friendly and explain everything. There is also a facility in Mississauga Ontario for us in Canada. Oh, I also got my dress in 3 days. Will recommend REVOLVE to others and can't wait to get my dress after the exchange.

Desafortunadamente eh tenido muy mala experiencia, hice una compra desde el 16 de Octubre, se suponía q llegaba el 20 y aun no tengo respuesta, muy amablemente contestan los mensajes, pero no es suficiente, no han podido resolver y los cargos a la TC si los hacen

Mijn pakket was bij mijn buurman geleverd waar ik in een conflict zit, die de deur niet open doet om mijn pakket te geven. Ik heb de situatie uitgelegd aan de klantenservice en zonder al te veel moeite hebben ze mij een oplossing geboden of mijn geld terug of een nieuwe zending. Ik heb voor de laatste gekozen en dit keer kreeg ik wel een bericht van fedex dat ze langskomen dus kon ik er rekening mee houden. Binnen 1 dag had ik mijn bestelling binnen. Echt een top service

Der Betrag der Bestellung wurde aus meinem Bankkonto abgebucht, jedoch hat Revolve die Bestellung abgelehnt und das Rabatcode gelöscht. Was für einen Betrug!

One of my items came damaged. Luckily it’s a easy fix but still If I’m buying new clothing I expect it to be undamaged

Ich habe Kleidungsstücke im Wert von über 3.000 EUR zurückgesendet und dafür mehrere Pakete und zwei Post-Offices verwendet. Revolte gab an, dass die Pakete nie ankamen, trotz Belege und Fotos sowie Bestätigung der Postfilialen. Sie weigern sich Rückerstattung zu leisten, obwohl ich über viele Jahre für viel Geld eingekauft habe. Sie bieten nun an für ein Kleid das zuvor rückerstattet wurde (111 EUR) diesen Betrag nun nochmals rückzuerstatten, was komplett unsinnig ist. Ich bin unendlich enttäuscht von dem Unternehmen und kann als Europäer nur davon abraten bei diesem Unternehmen einzukaufen. Ich arbeite mit vielen Content Creators und für das TV-Business. Ich werde nie wieder ein Produkt vor der Kamera tragen, das auf diese Marke zurückzuführen ist. Sehr enttäuschend, sehr unprofessionel, sehr abzockend.
