Eigentlich würde ich gerne 0 Sterne vergeben. Nachweisliche Rücksendung von zwei potenziellen Brautkleidern über 770 Euro (Versandetikett von Revolve ausgestellt), da ich mich für ein anderes Kleid entschieden habe. Ein Sendungtracking ist jedoch nicht vollständig möglich, da wohl die Rücksendungen gesammelt zugestellt werden. Leider warte ich seit anderthalb Monaten auf die Rückzahlung und werde im Kundenservice per Mail nur hingehalten. Die Fristen (Rückmeldung innerhalb von 24-48 Stunden) werden nicht eingehalten. Ein ganz fürchterliches Kundenerlebnis und ich möchte nur jedem davon abraten bei Revolve zu bestellen. KATASTROPHEN VEREIN!

I live in the Virgin Islands and I’m so grateful this process was so seamless. We have USPS, so you’d figure it’s a straight forward process, but other stores make it hard sometimes. This is definitely my go to store going forward!!!!! Also, an actual human emailed me to confirm my address! My mind was blown lol

I like the Portifino belt in Ruby tan that I received, it runs small given that it’s a M/L & I’m normally a S/M sized lady. I have to put it on the last hole & that’s still a little snug.
