It was a great experience from US to Saudi Arabia within 5 days, it got delayed for 2 days but it's still fine by me. I did purchase an ON running shoes, it's authentic and the package was well maintained. The TAX included and the shoes was the cheapest between all sites.

Bought a dress for almost 100€ and the quality of the dress is so cheap. The sewing is really poor and broke after trying the dress on once - and the dress was even a size too big. I wrote them an e-mail and they haven’t responded.

Cancelled my order for no reason stating it was Risk Management. Now there is only one available and I am not risking having my card charged - TWICE and having it cancelled again and having to wait for a refund . Edit to this ordeal. I went to give feedback and they have now claimed that the email address AND the order number needed to submit the feedback was not valid. So yeah, this is definitely one company that will stay off of my list.

Tried ordering an item, selected the free shipping service as it is non-urgent. Every credit card I tried came back with errors (cards were not blocked as I used them straight after on another site). Selecting Paypal resulted in the site trying to charge me substantially more for the item as it had decided to revert the delivery method to DHL express. it did this every time i tried a new payment method. Don't think the site is being dodgy but I did give up in complete frustration and went elsewhere. My warning is that if you use this site, double check what you are being charged in case they do a behind-the-scenes switch on delivery and add £7 to the order. They also do this with any discount codes you use so buyer beware with Revolve.
