I received my order on time.Unfortunately I ordered the wrong pair of shoes which I mailed back. I like the items and I plan on ordering more!

Shipping has gone down the toilet. Used to be super reliable now the last 4 orders… all time sensitive have not been on time. Learned my lesson from the first 3 times so 4th I was like yolo I’ll pay for GUARANTEED overnight shipping. Aaaaaaand it’s lost in the abyss somewhere. They’ve created the label but have not sent it off yet which means they’ve dropped the ball. Useless.

Customer service was quick and responsive! I did ship it back because it doesn’t fit and there isn’t anything to do about that!

I just purchased some make-up from Revolve & can't fault the customer service. My conformation & items were sent straight away. I didn't realise when I purchased these items that my order would be coming from CINCINNATI. However, the items arrived in 4 days thanks to this company using a comptent delivery company (DHL). This is quicker than most parcels sent by companies who are based in the UK where I live (Highlands). Love my purchases will definitely be back for more.
