The best customer service

This is the best clothing app I've ever used. I can't believe how fast I got my money back from my returns, it was literally a couple of business days. The clothes are very high-quality and the return process blows my mind. They are also really fast for shipping and you don't need to pay for shipping or duties.

Faulty products we bought from them and final sale is all they will say. I'm throwing it all in the garbage because it's not worth donating. Awful products and company.

I am a regular client of revolve / fwrd for 2 years, we had a few issues that was always resolved with customer service! Just recently I had situation with a claim from customs that I can’t receive some item for a reason but I called to revolve and they did everything that I got my item delivered in a few days! Thank you so much !

Leider ging die Rücksendung auf dem Postweg verloren und kam nie an. Und das bei einem Kleid von 200€ … Obwohl mir der Rücksendebeleg abhanden gekommen, wodurch ich keine Rücksendung belegen konnte, wurde mir der komplette Betrag des Kleides zurückerstattet! So einen exzellenten und freundlichen Kundenservice habe ich noch nie erlebt! Die Antwort kam innerhalb von ein paar Minuten! Auch wenn mir das Kleid nicht gepasst hat, kann ich Revolve nur weiterempfehlen.

Revolve customer service is exemplary; they always put the customer first, never ask questions or make it complex and have resolved multiple of my issues in seconds. Could not rate them higher!

I had one of the best customer experiences of my life. I ordered a top which was quite small so I had to arrange for an exchange. I chatted to an agent, and within a few mins the exchange was arranged. They would send me the new size upon return of the small top. Meanwhile, a few things changed and the top was no longer needed so I decided to write to the Revolve team on a Saturday night, and I asked them that they cancel the exchange, and requested a refund instead. On Monday morning, I had confirmation acknowledging receipt of my message and that they took action to provide a refund instead. By the afternoon of the same day I had confirmation that the refund was sent!

Ich hatte ein paar Birkenstock bestellt für 170€ ein neues hochwertiges Modell. Danach hatte ich erst die Bewertungen aufgerufen und hatte Sorge..... Heute ist die Ware angekommen, ich kann nur sagen alles Tip Top, schnelle zuverlässige Lieferung durch FedEx immer nachvollziehbar, die Schuhe 100% original und KEINE billige Chinaware!! Vielen Dank Revolve für die Freude :-)
