This peace is not correct size and correct color I received Abrigo de Peluche BLANKYCMi size for this model would be Small But you send me a large is enormous and color showed in photo is black but the j color is a blue . please explain how I can change this Abrigo.(tis is second complain)

I paid for expedited shipping to arrive at noon the following day and unfortunately neither package arrived on time. The first package arrived after 4pm and the second not until the following day and because I was working from my office I could not sign for it and it was taken to a UPS store so I could not even try the dress on before the wedding. Also one of the gowns had a small tear in the fabric which is the reason for return. I would appreciate a refund for the shipping cost given it was "guaranteed" and it unfortunately was late.
