Was happy with the quality

Have not received my order yet so I can’t confirm at good or bad experience. Initially there was good communication regarding it being back ordered. Now I’ve heard nothing. Should have shipped a couple days ago. I emailed customer service yesterday but haven’t heard back from them either. Hopeful to hear something soon.

Communication was absolutely horrible. First call to check status of the order. Maria said things would arrive next day. Arrived two days later. Second call to check status of order for second item.( Didnt get any notification saying order was split). Was put on "brief hold" that last 20 mins and then was disconnected. Third call was put on another hold. Was on hold for another 15 mins then disconnected. Will not be purchasing or recommending the site or store to anyone .

My order was four bottles of First Aid, UPS driver said it was.leaking really bad and.was.all over.his truck ,suggested I not accept this damaged product.I called you and was told I would receive a replacement. I did receive another package and this was leaking from one.corner, not real bad but the plastic bag it was in contained most of it.I called and a girl that didn't seem to understand the issue insisted I send them back, I tried to explain that at least one of the bottles possibly two were leaking and this is a chemical that you are not supposed to get on your hands, she insisted I send it back.and sent me a return label viva e-mail. I don't think UPS is going to want to mess with this ,but you tell me what am I supposed to do? Please respond

Back ordered twice now. You need to tell customers this before they order and pay....not after!

Delivery was late. called you representative the person was very difficult to understand but said Fed X did not pick up shipment. she could not give me a delivery date. all she kept saying was if it doesn't arrive tomorrow call us back. that wasn't a proper answer. had to order from In The Swim delivery was as they promised they saved the day.

I called on the product needed to order and your associate had me order the wrong pressure gauge. Evidently he didn’t know the products well enough to send me the correct product. Plus it cost more to ship the item then what it was worth

I ordered a solar cover for my pool and the delivery date just keeps getting longer. I have to keep putting chemicals in my pool and I can’t swim because the water is cold. Still waiting!

Hello, I purchased a pool pump and selected the wrong one. I contacted customer service and the lady who assisted me was rude and hung up on me before the conversation was over. I had to contact you guys again to be on hold for 20 minutes so find out in order for me ti return my item i had to purchase the shipping. I have never experience this yes it was my mistake. I will never purchase anything from your company anymore.

The replacement pump & motor was on sale so got it at a great price, the quality, although we may not know for years seems to be above average, I was impressed with the size, weight and overall ruggedness. I knocked 1 star off because of a compatibility issue with the return hose. The threads on my Pentair sand dollar were not the same as my new pump. I spent the better part of a day looking for a solution, Doheny's customer service was friendly but had no idea and kept directing me to purchace a new hose. The solution came from a pool supply store near Pittsburgh, he told me to simply cut the end off and using pvc glue attach the supplied fitting, problem solved. Anyhow Doheneys seem to be good people and I would shop there again.
