this has been the most aggravating and worst customer service experience of my life - no joke! THE WORST!! Your "Off Shore" customer service center kept me on hold for over 49 minutes the first time just to come back on the phone to tell me that they could not help me and I would have to contact the supplier - whatever that means!?!?! then as i was questioning what that means - they hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to someone from your actual company - a manager! i was put on hold again for another 20 minutes to be told no one was available and they would try to help me. I have sent several emails to your customer service and STILL have not received a return email addressing my issue! I am curious at this point - do you even have a clue whats going on with my order?

We still do not have a working filter I bought new on 5/29. We have requested the correct part be sent, but as of today have not received it. I will be requesting to send back the filter and reimbursed fully.

This is a great company! We have ordered quite a few things and always have had quality items. And quick shipping. This purchase was a pool liner and foam cove. The liner was perfect and foam cover was great quality.

I have called twice about the inferior bottles of aquachek select dip sticks which I received. There is no place to hold the dip stick on the end. Both bottles were from the same lot and the sticks were cut off too short! They said they would send me a bottle of aquachek silver strips at no charge for all my trouble but I have not received them yet! Not a happy camper!!

We ordered a pool slide very easily using the online site and it arrived 5 days later which is great! The only issue we had is the order tracking process does not work. A few days after receiving the slide the site still said order processing.

Ordered two things, one was on time as it said it would be. The other item got here 3 days later. DE isn’t hard to get so no reason for telling me they would be shipped together
