I didn’t get my shipment. Luckily a neighbor 4 houses down the street found me on Facebook and alerted me that the package was left on their front steps. Very unhappy about this. Our address numbers do not even look the same.

The on/off switch on my Aiper pool vacuum that I bought from your company is too hard to turn (it gets stuck). I am just a couple weeks passed the warranty time and your company wants to send me a refurbished one. I do not want a refurbished vacuum that someone else returned because of another issue with it.

I recieved my pool float pumped it up and there was a hole in it.
