Our 3rd largish purchase from Solent Beds and we will happily go there again, very good customer service, competitive pricing, the staff are helpful and knowledgeable without being too pushy. Also a lovely good choice of quality items.

Very helpful and attentive assistants without being pushy. Allowed us to have a good browse round, providing us with relevant information as necessary. Contacted their other showroom so that we were able to see an alternative model which was possibly at interest to us. David West was very thorough and extremely helpful in deciding what to purchase. We went in to purchase a Stressless chair but after talking with David decided the best option would be to go with the Sherborne leather chair. He was very patient and did not rush us into making a quick decision. After inputting our order into the computer he went through it again with us to ensure that the order was correct. More than happy with the service from Solent Beds.

Friendly and prompt service. Had a quote for a chair but could not choose the colour until the next week. Went back to order the chair to find that the price was above the quote by over £90 as the colour made a difference to the price. I was not told about this variation in price on my first visit which may have made a difference to my final choice.

I had the fortune of being assisted by Richard Wenham, who was so patient and helpful despite knowing that I wouldn’t be placing a massive order. He, like all staff at the store, took the trouble to really understand what was needed and drew from his own experience of the products to steer us to a suitable solution.

We have used Solent Beds a few times now. Everytime we have found them to be excellent right from initial visit, answering any queries, ordering, advising of delivery times and delivery. Everyone you deal with is courteous, polite and professional whether they work in the showroom or are delivering your goods. We have been so pleased that we have just placed another reasonably sized order with them. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
