After a very poor experience with a national company, I was looking for a company who could provide me with accurate lead times, that held stock and had a straightforward approach to customers. I really needed a bed within a 48hr time limit with a specifical well known make/model so that I knew what I was getting. I phoned and went through the options of what was in stock. The whole process took less that 10minutes and I had next day delivery. I found the person to be extremely helpful, very straightforward, not trying to sell me add-ons or anything else. It was really refreshing that I didn't have to wait for 4-6 weeks delivery lead times either. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I'm fully confident that if I can count on them for anything in future.

We have usually found what we are looking for and staff always helpful . The delivery service is good and they take it to where you want it to go . The shop layouts are arranged so that you can look and try with plenty of space between each piece .

Fantastic service from start to finish on recent purchase. Sam who served us, went out of his way to come over and double check the furniture would go through the door, outside of working hours when we were worried, All in great shopping experience, will definitely be back when I need more furniture.

After sending 2 sofas back, from two different furniture stores, both due to manufacturing faults, we decided to try local. We found a beautiful sofa almost instantly, the sales man was helpful, but not overbearing. Blown away with the quality of our new sofa, supportive, comfortable and the seat cushions don't slowly slip forward. We so should have gone here first.
