we was put onto paul he worked very hard to get us a mortgage and at the time it was hard to get as the lenders was cutting back, but he managed it for us. and the follow up by Alicija just to make sure that every thing was going ok for us right to the time we moved in. we wish to thank them for all they done for us

I have used scout financial services twice now and they have been a massive help on both occasions. They answered any questions I had along the way and sorted out any issues I had. I would recommend them to anybody.

Warning: This company is a scam and lacks accountability. I strongly advise staying away from them. They charged me a £549 fee for a service that turned out to be completely fraudulent. When I realized I had been scammed, I immediately filed a complaint with the company. However, after waiting for six months, they responded by claiming that they had done everything correctly and refused to refund my £549. Given the situation, I intend to dispute the charge and file a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). It's essential to take action against these fraudulent practices and protect other potential victims from falling into the same trap
