Paul was very knowledgeable and helpful during the initial consultation. He helped us work out a few different options. Once the mortgage offer was in place James kept in touch regularly and made sure we had all the information we needed.

We have just completed on a purchase and Julie Ayton at Scout was our mortgage broker. She worked hard to find us the right mortgage, often having to go back to the drawing board as our purchase was complicated due to having limited options of lenders willing to lend on our property which had only recently sold (6 month rule). Julie managed to find the right mortgage offer in the end and we are very grateful as we were worried at one point that we might not be able to purchase the property. As first time buyers this process can often be complicated and difficult to understand but the team at scout have consistently worked with us right till the very end to ensure that we had all the help, support and guidance we needed until our mortgage was complete. Whilst we may have had some bumps in the road as all house buyers do, this team worked tirelessly to ensure any hurdles were overcome and in the end, we had the best outcome for us. We were treated as real people, with real lives and real issues and had continuous support before, during and after our house completion went through, which is more than we could have hoped for!
