I have really valued the support and advice that Mark has given me during the mortgage application process. He was really clear in his guidance, and helped me to make the right decisions for my circumstances in terms of what mortgage to apply for. As a first time buyer, I am completely new to all this and he helped make what felt like a really complicated process initially, really simple and understandable. At no point did I feel patronised or stupid, and I really trusted Mark's advice. He was really reliable in his follow ups, contacting me exactly when he said he would and going out of his way to make the process pain free. He placed no obligation on me to go with his service. Jonathan listened and explained the process and made it clear to a lay person like myself. Every time I contacted Jonathan, he would respond straight away.
