Friendly and efficient flu vaccination service

They were very friendly and professional. They were on time and i don't like injections but they were extremely gentle. Excellent.

Absolutely disgusting service from there pharmacist sam honeyman from newmilton store completely messed up my medicine and my dosages when I asked why he didn't read my prescription I was met with hostility and abuse because I was not a pharmacist so I shouldn't be opening my mouth i told him the facts about the mistake he told me it was not his problem I can get my medication from somewhere else which obviously I couldn't because they had already processed my prescription which I told him he laughed and put the phone down I rang back asked him his name he then gave me a false now and put the phone down again I wrote to head office about the issue but was ignored and denied they made any mistake when the facts are there they also some how didnt record the conversation which is convenient

I turned up, stood in a queue for 10 minutes to then be told the pharmacist was sick and I couldn't have my vaccine. Appreciate that the pharmacist being unwell was beyond their control but it would have been helpful to have been contacted and advised - even a note on the door which would have stopped me standing in a queue. I won't be supporting my local pharmacy again!

Did not have to wait for my appointment. Everything was clearly explained and accompanied by an information leaflet. Lovely people. Will certainly use again.
