We have our prescriptions delivered, everytime they are delivered the drivers are so nice, even sometimes when it takes a little longer to get to the door we never feel rushed, within a few days prescriptions are delivered after only few days of ordering.

Made an appointment online and seen straight away. Not a lover of needles but the assistant made me feel relaxed and less anxious.

I order my prescriptions online. I have my prescriptions delivered. Rx ordered 22 October, no delivery. Had to go into pharmacy, very busy. No one answering the phone. But two members of staff DECORATING THE CHRISTMAS TREE!!! 😤 😤. I had to wait 30 minutes + to collect my prescription. Why is a regular prescription still on the spine?? Ordered 22 October still waiting to be dispensed 1 November. Absolute chaos. Totally unprofessional

Booked a private flu jab via my employer. Initially the website wasn't good but that was not the chemist site. Once I'd worked through to their website booking was easy, got a slot the next day late afternoon. Filled very straight forward form in with friendly staff when i arrived for appointment. Two minutes later Pharmacist arrived. She was friendly, efficient and informative. Back in the car in less than 10 mins!

It took longer to get to having the jab than the surgery due to having to fill in paperwork on line and Not having a good signal. The pharmacist was very pleasant.
