I visited the Pharmacy for a flu jab appointment. I was seen promptly via a very professional, yet friendly, member of staff. She followed all the safety procedures and protocols in a good manner. I had the jab, with no pain, and I have had no issues afterwards. A great service.

I arrived for my appointment and was told that while it was possible to book appointments, and while they were advertising the online booking service, they were not actually providing this service. They said this was a 'head office initiative' and they weren't paying attention to it. They said the pharmacist, the only one who could administer the vaccine, does usually check in case someone has booked an appointment, but he'd been away for a few days, was now back but had left the pharmacy for the day by the time we'd arrived, so clearly hadn't checked for appointments that day. They told me to come back after the weekend and if I were to walk in at a time where they weren't busy, they'd administer the vaccine. This would presumably require me to hang around until they were free enough to do it. What is the point of booking a vaccine appointment if they're going to completely ignore it. Will have to go somewhere else.

quick efficient thorough

Flu jab experience itself was good but they did not know I had booked online. I had confirmation on my phone, luckily.
