Quick and friendly service for a pre-booked Private Flu jab.

Appointment made before hand for East Preston Kamsons. Seen on time and pharmacist was pleasant and efficient explaining the procedure in an un-rushed manner. The pharmacy is quiet, compared to Station Parade Kamsons, and always quick to be seen and served.

Great experience with pharmacist and accommodating as I had my son with me. Very kind and helpful Website issue - it allowed me to book on for my son (who’s 2) but actually they don’t ever stock nasal sprays. Therefore would’ve been good to know this wasn’t possible ahead of time and not brought him along with me

Kamsons have been a very helpful and efficient pharmacy, with great staff. However, they are very busy indeed and it is quite often difficult to park nearby.

Had a booked appointment but was left waiting whilst walk ins were seen.

Arrived five mins early for a flu jab. The pharmacist checked a few details. I then popped into the side office and was given the injection. Painless and out in five minutes. Thanks Kamsons!

I felt extremely disappointed that day. After arriving at the pharmacy, I was informed that my appointment had been canceled without prior notice. I had taken the day off specifically for this appointment, resulting in a loss of £200. When I raised my concerns, the pharmacy manager responded in an unprofessional and arrogant manner. It was clear they had little regard for their customers.

I was a few minutes late but nonetheless was still seen very quickly. Always nervous of injections but did not even realise the pharmacist had done it.

Very helpful chap in the chemist. Organised flu jabs very well and I even had a question ref my back which he was very helpful. Keep up the good work kamson best pharmacy around.
