I was able to get my NHS Flu Vaccine at Kamsons, everything was done smoothly, was seen quickly and was given lots of information

I attended for a flu jab. It could not have been any better - from the online booking process to the kind and professional delivery of the jab itself (on time, no queue) …faultless. I will certainly be looking to do the same next year.

The appointmeny system works well. Having made one I had priority over walk in's and it was all done withing minutes. I have used it before and will do so again.

Staff were friendly and helpful as they always are in Kamsons pharmacies.

Although it was an OK process I felt stressed filling in the health form at the till while the staff were trying to serve other customers. I don't know why I wasn't asked to do it in the consultation room. It was only when it came to the jab was I invited in. I felt it could have been a much better experience with a bit more care. Not everyone is good with needles.

I received a call 10 mins before my appt telling me that they were having supply problems and had no vaccination for me. I’d left work early and cycled to get there for my appt, they admitted they should have let me know earlier. Very poor!
