I was very pleased to be able to book my flu vaccination at my local Kamsons as the staff there are wonderful. It was easy to book online, and to change when I was ill and unable to go. When I arrived the staff knew of my appointment and I was seen straight away. The pharmacist was kind, knowledgeable and checked everything with me before carrying out the vaccination. I feel very lucky to have this pharmacy on my doorstep.

Very pleased with my recent visit to Kansan’s pharmacy. Booking an appointment for the flu jab was very easy. The service in the shop was friendly, and professional. Will use this service again!

The older staff are rude and totally inconsiderate. Customers are a total inconvenience. The two blond women older and the auburn hair are the worst. If I see them on the counter I do not go in. I would rather not take the prescribed medicine than face this awful crew. They will always direct you to the other shop as they say staff are not trained. It gives care the worst meaning.

The lady who administered my flu jab was polite, kind and made me feel at ease. She deliberately asked me my plans for the weekend when administering the jab as I told her I did not like needles to take my mind off it.

I contacted Kamsons after a last minute cancellation by Boots for a flu vaccine appointment which I booked a few months ago. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. On arrival everything was done on time and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Very efficient service.

This was an appointment for an (NHS) winter flu jab. Friendly and efficient staff and I was in and out in under 10 minutes.
