I need to be clear that if zero stars were an option, then the Southwick branch of Kamsons would receive that rating. Sadly I'm at that point in my life where I am spending quite a bit of my working schedule also looking after my elderly father, which can be extremely challenging and stressful. I feel this company struggle to do the basics where prescription deliveries are concerned. They don't deliver when they state they will, and just fail to show up at all, for days on end. When they cannot fulfil requirements fully, they will not supply what they do have. This shocking service has been going on for a long time. I have spoken to the same member of staff on numerous occasions now, who could not seem to care any less, if they tried. The Manager refuses to come to the phone and discuss the matter or the frustration it causes, and so now I have taken the only option I feel left open to me and they have lost the business. Sadly they are big enough as a company, not to actually care. I don't feel they deserve to take that portion of funding from the NHS any more if they can't do the basics. I cannot seemingly resolve the issue, so I have reported them to my fathers surgery and I feel I should let others know, in order that they can at least make an informed decision when choosing their prescription delivery options, as there are other chemists available.

NHS 111 informed Kamsons will provide a Covid jab. I acted as per instruction and they denied having the facility. After coming out of ICU with severe head injuries not down to myself this has put me at risk as I don’t know what to do. It’s not quite a scam but where has the money from the NHS gone? And is this a orivatr company? Maybe time to thin k ab renationalise pharmacy
