Hotel Direct provided an easy to use website to book theatre and hotel together

Easy to book. Good selection of hotels and train times. Transport for Wales trains - litter collection not good, but lovely, cheerful ticket checkers. Great Western Railway trains - very clean and comfy. Good price for package. Will definitely use again.

The first thing was they listen to what we wanted, they suggested good priced hotels to suit us and train times the were prefect for us with details of the times and changes which all went well. Would strongly recommend them.

The paper work was emailed promptly and kept me upto date at all times. I was very happy with the seats I had at the theatre and the hotel was very nice.

From start to finish the booking agents were fantastic. they even checked reviews on individual seats in the theatre to ensure we had the best experience. Highly recommended.

My experience with hoteldirect was as good as the last time I booked with them... Booking was an easy experience. Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances I needed to change date's, but it's not an option, or unable to cancel. So was an inconvenience. Lucky for me I found someone to replace original second party..Would be great if there were options..

From booking to making an enquiry arriving at our hotel and the ABBA show everything went without a hitch. We only now have the journey home today and if it goes as smooth as arriving here then it will be 100% we would use hotel direct again. Thankyou

The experience was good apart from the instructions to get to the hotel by foot from the railway station. The road names weren't always easy to see on buildings and Lansdowne road seemed to have a different local name for one section.

Booking was relatively easy. However care is needed when selecting travel requirements. I inadvertently selected fixed train times when I would have preferred anytime off-peak return. Good choice of hotels offered with rail packages.

First time using Hotel Direct. Very pleased with travel arrangements, hotel and concert seats. Timely reminder a couple of days before departure of all we had arranged for our trip. Prompt, helpful response to my query via email re concert tickets. Would use the site again.

Super location. Spent 4 nights.Excellent, knowledgeable staff. Room rather small, bathroom very dated, but all very clean. Comfortable beds. Only small irritation, no drawers for storage and no fridge. Would stay here again.

We booked a package to see ABBA Voyage which included first class train travel, show tickets and hotel. Price was cheaper than booking everything separately and a lots less hassle. Communication was great. Highly recommend
