I started using it in October 2018. After close to 1 year of irregular usage of the mask on my face, i had start to notice that if i faithfully use it for about 3 times week, I'd feel my face was firmer and tighter and I feel younger (although I am not too sure if it is just a psychological thing). My facial acne healed faster when i used the blue or cyan light. Overall, i would say product was great and lived up to its claims.

Good device. Hopefully there is an inclusion of bigger size slimming essence.

Bought the Photon Project E Facial Mask. It is now 2 weeks and I am seeing a difference in my face. So glad I made the decision to invest in it.

As much as I loved these masks, but 3 purchased and 3 broke between oct and August.

Best led mask

It would be best if you can arrange extra hair band given the mask is easily fall out when I sit down instead of lying down. I will need to use my finger to hold it if I want to sit down doing the LED Therapy. Also, the rubber near the nose sometimes makes me uncomfortable. I will get red marks after used but after 1 night the red marks will fade so it is not a very big issue. The led light does cure my acne and the blemish. It seems to be fast response so the performance is still satisfying after all.

Bought it for my girl friend and she loves it !! I’ll be trying it on as well to see how it does on my face ! Great product !!

First time buyer.The site is very easy to navigate. And that is so important to online purchases. Lots of great products too. I just ordered from Project E Beauty so no product review yet. The only thing I didn't care for was the offer if I gave my email for updates. It said I didn't qualify for the off5now discount at check out. I didn't spend a hundred. I can't wait to get my product. I'm sure it will be awesome. JG

The product its self was dirty and looked used or refurbished. The description for the machine said it was new, however if this was a new machine it was handled very roughly and the professionalism of selecting matching parts was not well performed. The screen had a red smug on a large part of it that required significant scrubbing to remove, the font face of the machine had scuff marks, the attachment to hold to the RF and cavitation heads was a different color of white than the machine and looked as if it was meant for another machine. In addition the cavitation head had a greasy substance all over it. The machine its self appears to work okay but the direction for operation of the machine and settings for each RF head and cavitation tool is not clear. It would be helpful to have suggested beginning, intermediate, and extended use setting and time for each tool. The instruction manual overall is very vague and could be more detailed in the use of the machine and each RF hand and cavitation tool.

Great product and customer service!

I have bought several beauty tools/equipment from Project E. First one, my LED mask developed a fault after using couple of times. I was asked to send a video, which I did and I received a replacement for free. I bought a galvanic/high frequency machine which was faulty. I was asked to send back the equipment and I received another which I am now happily using. The only thing which 'bothered' me is the tax which I had to pay twice and the shipping fees, despite it being no fault of my own. Hence the reason of me taking off one star on the review. Otherwise, response from the Project E team for my queries has always been prompt. Overall good experience. I recommend
