Wow! Customer service deserves 10 stars. I bought the led mask one year ago and it has been everything to me. My skin has dramatically improved over the course of a year. So I was devastated when the usb plug broke on the inside of the mask, making the mask unusable. I contacted project e beauty and they replied straight away and offered to send a replacement out ASAP. I almost didn’t believe them. All corespondance was immediate and from a real person with a good understanding of English. I told them I would like to upgrade to the new mask with the neck piece and was sent an invoice immediately to pay for the difference. My new mask arrived the next day. I’m opening it now and about to use it for the first time. I can’t get over how quick the response time was. I was never asked to pay for shipping, I didn’t have to wait or continue to contact them for a response. Brilliant customer service and fantastic product. I am constantly recommending this mask to all of my friends and family. How could I not when they are commenting how great my skin looks. Acne down to nothing, scars and red marks nearly gone, hair growth around the scalp plus brows and lashes (plus peach fuzz - but can’t complain) Light therapy is a big thing and to make it affordable to the public is so great. The Project E Beauty led mask was delivered quickly, well protected and in compliance with the description. I translated the MANUAL USER into French with Google translation, putting the text in a WORD document, it allowed me to better understand the operation and tips of use of the mask. After 3 uses of 15 minutes I could notice an improvement of the complexion, as for the firmness I will probably need more time. Only concern, the weight of the mask that is felt at the level of the orbits and prevents me from relaxing during sessions.

I purchased the LED hair comb to compliment a PRP with stem cell injection as there is a 50 per cent hair thinning on the top of my scalp. I use the comp prior to washing my hair which is several times per week. I started these treatments at the beginning of the year, have had two sessions and will have two more each two months apart. My Doctor feels the comb has enhanced her procedure and requested the information so she can order the LED comb.

Decent delivery speed. Bought the 7 lights LED light mask. The mask is of good quality. Completed 3 treatments but yet to see obvious results. Hope it works after more treatments!

Improved moisture, Much dead skin, Skin tone improvement, Acne improvement, Smooth skin texture It is a led mask that outputs 7 colors, but I used red and blue in a ratio of 9 to 1 and used it for 20 minutes (maximum brightness) once. I’ve found my skin is less oily on my forehead and T-zone. Now I use it every few nights. It's too heavy! That's my only complaint.

Several years ago I purchased a photon-mesotherapy machine from this company and I could not be any more pleased. The hand held device still works great. Just ordered their galvanic device for the eye are and excited to start using it.

I've just received the fast delivery this evening via courier. Their aftersales service/ customer service is really great. their sales team is very responsive to whatever queries you have. the LED mask is of good quality and it came with the facial cleanser too. I'll update my review regarding the product after i have used it. I have pimples and hopefully this mask is the answer. Thank you Project E for a good aftersales service.
