Wow Just appalling. Ordered and paid for LED mask, didn't arrive with ear holders, asked for them and was asked for address, then phone number. Then asked if they had sent it and was marked as spam and my emails from then on kept coming back. Never ever again. Just a disgrace. Customer service was terrible.

Nightmare Refund Exchange Policy Our item had a physical defective eye piece and it has been a nightmare to get this product replaced or refunded. Send us multiple pics. Send us the package back at your cost. Now we sent it form Canada back to China. After that they will let you know what you already know. All at customer expense. If you get a defective item, you are out of luck.

Service was really fast. I got it before I was expecting. I have been using this device only for one week so early to say. Very easy to use, but very important to read the instructions. I have some pigmentation problems and some fine lines, these are my target. Blue light looks more powerful than red one, it is what I have noticed but maybe is just me. No reaction at all. So far I charged it once, the first day. I have done 4 sessions of 12 mins each and still did not recharge it second time. I am very positive, hoping for good results

Very reliable, the product arrived on time. The Customer Service was responsive and supportive. I have just used the mask few times and I can start to see a visible difference (brighter skin).

First time ordering from here and was kinda suspicious but anyways, my post office lost my package and I was so upset but Project E beauty listened and shipped out another one using a different carrier quickly. I’m so happy with my LED skin system! Don’t let the size fool you, it’s pretty powerful. I can’t wait to get my skin right. Customer service is really great and helpful too. Thank you!!

I recently went on vacation and was in a high end beauty store in Nassau in the Bahamas where 3 exceedingly charming young guys tried to sell me a $7000 Abologi Eneo Advanced LED device. As beautiful as the device was & as charming as the young guys were, there was no way I was dropping $7 grand that they informed me was ‘so worth it’. Again, that said I have been using the Opatra London Glow Mask Pro on & off for the last 6 months. The cute guys made me realize that I needed to conduct more research. After reading about NASA’s(you know - the National Aeronautics and Space Administration) research of LED light therapy (NASA tested red light therapy on astronauts) and found that it had the ability to improve cellular function and combat the effects of living in zero gravity environments), I felt it was time to up my game with consistency of use & the addition of a handheld device like the one they were selling in the Bahamas to use on my neck, décolleté, and upper arms. Check out additional info on the benefits of LED on google! In addition to being 66 years old, & having a major reluctance to undergo cosmetic surgery I suffer from arthritis in my hands, knees & toes. So after reading the benefits of red LED use on areas of concern, I chose the Project E Red LED Light Therapy Machine. After chatting online with their customer service specialists I found that they have updated this device recently but have not updated their video in the item listing yet. This device now remains continuously lit(red light)for 10 minutes. Previously it remained lit only when in contact with skin. Some users were unable to get good contact because of the planes on their faces. Also, the device now emits a beep at each minute the device is on, emits one beep then 3 beeps when it reaches 10 minutes and turns off. I have developed my own regimen for utilizing all my led devices and feel that my skin elasticity and texture is improving. The key to this for me has been consistency. You have to make a commitment to your personal self care. I have carved out time each day either when I’m catching the morning news or in the evening when I’m listening to an audio book. I keep all my devices in individual padded bags to keep them from becoming damaged(I also purchased the Assurion personal device protection plan with my Project E device, which is so worth the price!) & keep my devices organized in a La Jolie Muse(Amazon purchase )woven cloth storage basket along with the charging cords. My regimen starts with a freshly washed face & neck. I liberally apply serum to face and neck. Then put on my my Opatra mask and grab my Project E hand held LED to use on my neck & décolleté. (Now, Project E offers an LED Face Mask that is very similar to mine from Opatra). In videos across YouTube you will see gals moving the handheld devices in upward motions on both their face & neck. I have found this to be a difficult maneuver if your serum isn’t real slick. Some gals use aloe gel. My routine involves starting with the handheld at center of my chest and moving the device up in increments when the beep signals each minute. Then move over to the left side, then the right repeating in upward movements at each minute. I do this a total of 20 minutes. When I am done with my mask and handheld, I apply the rest of my products(eye cream & moisturizer). I can actually feel something going on with my skin afterwards. I feel a sensation that reminds me of being outside in the sun, but my skin is it’s normal color. I have been doing this daily for 3 weeks, & I really wish I had taken ‘before’ photos. The skin on my neck is markedly firmer. The sagging has been reduced by 50% and the fine lines I had are no where to be found. Project E Beauty recommends using 3x’s each week for 6-8 weeks, at which point you will start seeing results. I also am using the Project E device under my upper arms to generate collagen production there and alleviate my sagging skin. I have to say I have genetically good skin and have consistently taken care of my skin since I was a teenager. Project E Beauty recommends dropping use to once or twice a week once you achieve the results you want. I will continue to monitor my results and post results again in 6 weeks. This is an honest unsponsored review. If I hadn’t tripped over the young salesman in Nassau, my journey to the renewed elasticity of my skin probably would not have happened. I sincerely hope you found my review helpful. I cannot stress enough that consistency of use is a must. You can’t use this a couple times and expect immediate improvements. Also, everyone’s skin is different and you may not get the same results I have gotten in the 3 weeks I have been at this. I am really happy with my results and will forge ahead with my daily routine! Product arrived quickly. So far results seem pretty good. I do think the mask makes indentations on your face but the company sent me a suggestion to put a towel in between to reduce this effect. my skin seems to glow more but I cannot say exactly if there are specific differences ie, dark spots. I really enjoy the down time just lying there and relaxing though.

I literally just received my mask yesterday and have not had a moment to try it on. Tonight is the night. I will have to return with a review once I have used it multiple times. The process of ordering and receiving was a breeze. Great customer service so far. Wish me luck!
