I bought a LED mask from Project E Beauty. Ces from the company contacted me by email to say I should've received a free gift (eye cream) from them, but I didn't tick the box. Was a lovely surprise to receive it. This could've been ignored, but I'm so grateful it wasn't. Excellent customer service!

I'm so glad. I'm only a problem with and I have send the question to the dear Amanda is + pool on the device purfy the skin and - nutrient the skin because on the website stand the oppisit. The device is beautiful no damage very fast service I think 3 days. Lovely costumerservice if sombody can anwer my question I can use the device. I will send E beuty mail if they know where + or - is standing for here on the instructionbox stand + = nutrient serum and - = cleaning the skin. I will send a mail they are very busy also. I'ts Australia I think. So I hope they answer soon so I can start the treatment. I recommed to all my friends and I'm schure they will soon my little answer, I want the device of course apply is the right direction. I bought the led mask for my grandson who has cystic acne it has helped his skin immensely, I also used the mask for the week I was staying with him and was so pleased with the results I bought another mask for myself as I loved how it made my skin glow and it really helps my own skin conditions. I would highly recommend this mask this company and their products, its a definite 5 star review from me.

Fun choosing the V10 Plus ( LED Travel Mirror) because every plus I needed, this one has. Too good to leave just for going away…. use it every day. Just a shame it’s too heavy for flying holidays, but the high spec obv needs the clever inside tech. ( LED, brightness touch controls, 3-5 magnification, USB charge, FAB adjust angle.) I can see what’s coming….. leaving a heavy pair of boots behind to leave weight room for the mirror I can’t do without!
