I have bought my LED mask which I'm loving and I would like to say a few words on customer service. I was entitled to a gift with the mask which I omitted to receive and customer service contacted me to let me know that they are sending it to me which I received. I do recommend this company for product and excellent customer service

I am very satisfied with my Ice Roller Cold Therap. Customer service is exceptional; after my order, the team contact me and sent me a free gift (I had forgotten to check the option when placing my order). They quickly answered my questions, with a respectful approach and a lot of kindness.

Fast service and was nice enough to send a free item because they forgot to include it during the purchase of their item

This is the second project E product I’ve bought and I love it. Customer service is excellent and I love the results I get with both devices.

The product took too long to arrive and for my great surprise and Disappointment is nothing to how it is presented and promoted. You don't get any benefit or results by using this product. It’s like any basic cream.

I ordered a LED mask and soon after I wanted to cancel my order. I contacted Project E through email and they responded that very day. Amanda was very helpful and understanding and offered another alternative to the mask I originally ordered. However, I still wanted to proceed with my cancellation. She confirmed the refund was processed and thanked me for my interest in their products. She acted with integrity which is why I rate their customer service so highly.

Paid $128.49 for product and was refunded next day $82.40 with no explanation given and $46 short!!!! Required refund full amount, no reply so far

Excellent service first! Then, I just have started using the mask cause I bought another one for my daughter too and I wanted we to test them together. I very much enjoy the results since the beginning first as a therapeutic treatment cause it feels so relaxing! My skin also looks different from the very first use! I am in love with it! From the first point of contact I’ve been seriously impressed with Project E Beauty. I contacted them with a question and was so pleasantly surprised to be told about a discount code I didn’t know about on top of the item already being on offer making it a serious saving. The item (LED face mask) arrived quickly and is great. I then received an email telling me I’d been eligible for a free gift that I hadn’t claimed when ordering (an eye cream) and would I like it sent. I’ll admit to being dubious about this and thinking the email was some sort of scam. But I replied yes please and a few days later the eye cream arrived. What a lovely unexpected surprise. Amanda is responsive to all emails and goes above and beyond. There is email support or text message. All in all I’m extremely impressed with both the standard of customer care and quality of products. I ummed and ahhhed about buying the mask as they’re expensive but truly I’ve been so impressed and not regretted it at all. I’d not hesitate in buying further products frim Project E Beauty.

I purchased a Photon Rejuvenation mask on line on Saturday. On Sunday the price dropped by $50 I reached out to see if they would honor the lower price but they would not. Along with this disappointing news they also sent me a bogus tracking number. I am quite concerned it may be a scam! So far not impressed!

I bought a photon mask via Amazon which proved to be faulty after a couple of uses, I contacted Project E Beauty straight away via email. I am so impressed with the quick response and customer care I received. The customer service team dealt with my query efficiently and with genuine care and kept me informed every day regarding the replacement process. The replacement mask was with me within the week and not once did I feel I would have to tackle and argue that my query was genuine as you sometimes find yourself doing with expensive products. I will definitely be buying further products and will go direct to Project E Beauty when I do. My new mask is fab and I looking forward to seeing great results in the near future. Thank you again.

Have ordered two masks . One order was over looked . I asked for both to be sent at the same time. I get notification that one will be delivered no mention about the second one. 5 Mar 2023 . Both masks have now arrived and together .

I ordered the Photon Mask and am very pleased with the results I am beginning to see. I use the red and blue light therapy and can see a gradual softening of marionette lines and the skin on my neck is looking better.

Larger than expected which makes it a little hard to use on parts of your face, but works really well! Left it under my chin for a while and the next day my face and neck looked so much slimmer.

Very easy to order plenty of reviews to read abput the item i purchases this is the secound mask i have purchased over the yrs very happy
