I ordered the radiators for delivery on Saturday 8th February but they didn’t turn up until Monday 10 th February I found out they were not going to be delivered on time by the courier company and not yourselves

Slick operation. Helpful member of staff. Kept up to date at each stage. However the appliance is still to be delivered, so my rating is based on my initial dealings.

Paid for my cooker and additional delivery and to be put in the kitchen and packaging to be removed, was told would be delivered on the Friday, arranged for the electrician to fit the cooker and at 7:45 on Friday morning got a text not a call to say an issue with distribution and would not be delivered, had to pay a fee to the electrician and rebook him and was told they would hopefully deliver on Monday but it was not guaranteed, following a long angry telephone call they agreed to reimburse the delivery charge , when they came to deliver it they went to the wrong address and I had to go down and catch them and show them where it was supposed to go while all the time my mum was calling to them to show where to go, they unpacked the item outside the door and left a mess that I had to clear so overall a bad service throughout.
