All this despite the order was placed and paid in full 4+ weeks earlier. Revised delivery date 2+ weeks. P.s. this was the 2nd date change. Day off booked not a complete loss as I have 2 other deliveries arriving. Appliances re-ordered with a competitor. APPLIANCES DIRECT, hang your head in shame.

Rang your company twice to day (1for 12 minutes ( the second for 13 minutes both call cut me off and no one had the the decency to ring me back then tried to go onto my account but to no avail you have sent 2 top grit stands both the same ( both fit the front only ) i require the grill stand for the rear pans to stand on . With all this hassle considering it’s the first time using your company and certainly the last One member of your staff told me to contact the manufacturer 😭 as I said I purchased it from you. United Kingdom | 21 February 2025I ordered four items from Appliance Direct, including an oven. Instead of an oven, they delivered a drawer! Mistakes happen, but what followed was beyond frustrating. I called customer service (which cost me over £5!) only to be told that my oven wouldn’t be redelivered until the incorrect item was collected. This was their mistake, yet I was the one left waiting! I raised a formal complaint, only to be told, “it is what it is” and that if I wanted an oven sooner, I should buy one elsewhere. Absolutely shocking attitude! To make matters worse, the incorrect item still hasn’t been collected. My wife took an entire day off work to wait for a collection that never happened. No updates, no proper resolution, just a complete lack of care for their customers. Avoid this company at all costs! Their customer service is terrible, and if they make a mistake, they leave you to deal with the mess. Spend your money elsewhere!

United States | 21 February 2025On January 31, 2025 I purchased a Maytag washing machine from Appliance Direct, located at 1532 Nova Road in Daytona Beach, Florida. Unfortunately, upon delivery, the washing machine was found to be in a non-working condition. While the unit successfully powered on, it failed to perform its primary function—washing clothes. Appliance Direct scheduled a third-party service provider, RR Appliance Services, Inc., to inspect the unit. After a thorough diagnostic test, the technician confirmed that the washing machine was inoperable. The diagnosis revealed multiple error codes, indicating both hardware and software damage. During the inspection, the technician also mentioned that Appliance Direct receives the highest number of repair calls compared to other vendors. Due to the fact that I was delivered a defective and inoperable unit, I requested a full refund. However, instead of honoring my request, Appliance Direct opted to provide me with a replacement of the same model. In an effort to escalate my concerns, I submitted a written grievance to the district office of Appliance Direct. Despite this, I never received a response via phone or email. After making two follow-up calls to the store, I was finally informed that my case was under review. The lack of professionalism and failure to properly address my concerns made this an extremely frustrating experience. Based on my encounter, I would never recommend Appliance Direct to anyone. Instead, I strongly suggest purchasing appliances from reputable retailers such as Home Depot or Lowe’s, where customers can expect better service and accountability. Due to Appliance Direct’s poor handling of this matter, I have also filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to document this issue.

United Kingdom | 20 February 2025From ordering to the delivery the process was very easy, very nice cooker hood and the extraction is strong, also the cost was a great decider in this purchase The only downfall on this order is that no where does it say that the carbon filters are not supplied with it if you are going to recirculate back into the room, so supplied without them I say them because it takes two filters and in the manual it states you can order from the supplier in a two pack BUT this is not the case they are sold separate at a cost of £24.99 each Yet all of the other models have a twin pack and are cheaper. If it has filters I would have given five stars in stead of four
