Instructions and screws etc hidden inside the extractor

The product and the price was terrific from Appliances Direct. The delivery service that Appliances Direct employed was DPD and they however was not good. The delivery driver was very rude and angry shouting at my wife. I was unexpectantly stuck in a poor mobile reception area and was trying to communicate the passcode to her. I heard him hassling her, a thoroughly unpleasant man that had to wait an extra 4 minutes to get the passcode.

They delivered a fridge a month ago - caused damage upon delivery and also didn’t install / takeaway waste, which was paid for. I complained on the same day and was told their damages team would be in touch. No one has contacted me, please please do NOT buy anything from this company, they do not care about their customers.

Equipment delivered quickly, well-packed and undamaged. Easy to unpack and install. Slight problem with DPD (delivery company) that thought there was no one home (even though cars in drive) and left electronic note for redelivery. However, we did not know it wasn't automatic and a couple of days passed till we tried 'button-pressing' and got a new date. So, suggestion is for this service to be better explained to customers (extra sentence in delivery note? e.g. 'Connect to web-address below to choose redelivery date') There you are, job done...
