I've always appreciated this company. Haven't used them for a while but the need came around and it was a no brainer. Great service and ease of ordering, with an easy collection service.

The purchase process was fine and we took delivery as planned. However I fitted one of the extractor hoods and had concerns on the mechanism of the glass door. I was assured by your technical advisor that all was fine. I have since fitted the second extracto for a relative and although it is the same make it is a different model. The glass door on that model is different and seems fine but still not happy with mine. Kind of thinking I should have gone for a recognised brand ?

From start to finish the process in me getting a new cooker was seamless. The price was so reasonable. I got a call the next day to confirm everything. Then a message the night before and the day of arrival. A phone call 20 mins before they arrived. I cannot praise this company more . I will hundred percent use them again

To say that we are pleased with the product and the company would be an understatement. The fridge we bought ( a Beko) is the best we’ve ever had for looks and performance. The delivery was as good and all communication with the company great 👍. The only thing we would have liked is the unpacking was hard for us and we could have done with the packaging taken away, but ha ho it’s in and working great.

Bought a outdoor BBQ kitchen, set it up then after 6 months started to go rusty even with a thick water proof sheet over. Contacted them to see what was wrong. No refunds no nothing terrible attitude and said it should have been indoors??? A BBQ indoors, oh my god what idiots. Never again stay clear..

Very good Communication and service upto the delivery, and installation service which costs extra, the fitter had no tools or knowledge needed for the straightforward task of installing my washer, I was therefore at82years old left to my own devices hence very poor service

Do not buy from this Company! Ordered a slimline integrated dishwasher, delivery was prompt but the drivers refused to install the integrated door to the new dishwasher, making the dishwasher unusable and unsafe as the door just pings shut. A week on and several emails and many calls with 'Customer Service' who simply state the drivers said the door was too heavy! Its a 30 cm slimline door! They wont return to fix it. Apalling service. Please shop elsewhere and get a great experience, unlike mine.

OMG I am 63 years old and I have never left a review in my life until now, check what you are getting charged for, customer service is totally appalling, they could not care less, when you finally get through the automated answering system. They want to charge £30 to return an item worth £70.00, when they had already charged for 2 items, not ordered, and i have still not received the 3 day refund 5 days later. Ok so here is the update: They wanted me to pay £30:00 to the courier to return the item. I said, no it was only worth £70:00 send me a return label, I posted it tracked for £9:00!!! and by the way they told me there may be a re-stocking charge, really!!!

Courtesy phone just after placing the order online. Email confirmation the day before delivery day then on the day with a time slot. The driver came on time, was very friendly. Offered to take it through to the kit he for me, unpackaged it, took all of the rubbish away. Couldn’t do enough for me.
