Ordered 2 plug in ovens. All seems ok and delivered on time.

Purchased a dehumidifier to replace a 5 year old one which had failed and was not repairable. Price offered was competitive and significantly better than the manufacturer. Delivery charge was reasonable so I opted for next day delivery. Arrived midday as promised. Communication re. the order and progress on delivery was good.

I purchased a Power bank on monday feb 3rd and paid extra for delivery in 2 days and despite many ignored messages the unit finally arrived 0n the 13th so I refused the delivery and they still have not refunded my £509 and a promised update on the 17th never happened.Emails take 3 days to get a response which is usually 'we are looking into this for you' The reply below is inaccurate..the case worker has emailed me today with a promise to call me "tomorrow before 11am" so not within 2 hours Tut tut

I ordered a Dehumidifier on the Monday & received it Tuesday afternoon. The delivery company txt a 2 hour time slot & they were also spot on. Faultless & brilliant all round.

Placed my order for a Shark hoover and paid for it job done - first delivery date rearranged as there was a problem with my order okay so I will wait another 10 days delivery due today 18th Feb. Received a text message night at 9.40pm very sorry my order is delayed ongoing issue with the warehouse which they are now investigating and will email me today!! Really isn’t good enough I certainly will not use Appliance Direct again… update issue now resolved with them offering alternative Shark cordless hoover being delivered asap

This company delivers on time exactly as they say. They keep you updated every step of the despatch process. The staff who do the deliveries are cheerful and gracious. The company in my case also waived their no refund policy in respect of installation costs paid because of my unusual circumstances and they did so without me having to push for it. I received my appliance within a couple of days of ordering it in spite of living in the countryside. Now that I know about this company they will be my first go to for any appliance. Their prices are reasonable and customer service good too. Delivery charges acceptable, installation costs very good.
