Grayson Living has excellent customer service. I have DR table on order. They’ve been great about keeping me posted on expected delivery. Also, I was the lucky winner of their May IG giveaway. They messaged me immediately & shipped my beautiful gift quickly. They truly care about their customers....I appreciate them so much.

Such a truly disappointing and frustrating experience. First up, when we bought it, your website said it would be ready to ship in a few weeks, so we purchased it. But then you sent us an email the next day and say it's sold out and won't be available for another 7 weeks!!!!! Then you sent another email that said it was coming on a container and that it will now be to me in MID SEPTEMBER and that cancellations won't be accepted after 3 business days of the email!!!!! What the heck? So I bought something -that you later came back and said wasn't actually available, kept moving the date on me and you are telling me I am not allowed to cancel???? I actually really want the bed but reading that email just topped off this entire experience. Why would I no longer have the option to cancel if I wanted to since it won't be here for now for another 3 months. Pretty sure there is a better way to treat your customers in general. What a HORRIBLE customer experience!!!! You have definitely found a way to ensure I never buy from you again

I submitted an offer and didn’t hear back by the day you said I would do I went ahead and ordered. Also, shipping timeline with your suppliers is vague. I needed to know when this piece would arrive and based on the information you provided it’s vague. Hoping I like the actual piece...looking forward to getting it.

Although I have not received my order yet from Grayson, the website was super easy to use and it appears that I will have my product that I ordered within about five weeks which in our current shortage of everything, it seems like a reasonable timeframe.

I have to say the Monica has been the best virtual assistant representative I have ever dealt with... I dealt with her for at least 20 minus this morning bc I had many questions about what I wanted to order and she was so professional, friendly & helpful I cant even begin to tell you. Then I had to make a change to something about the order I went back online and Monica popped up again so knew all about my order and she took care of it right away for me. Just the nicest person who actually helped me with everything I asked her about. She's worth her weight in gold and needs a bonus!!! I am telling you I have dealt with some people that are really worthless.. She is just the BEST! Anyway thank you!!!! And please let her know I think she's awesome!!!

Excellent customer service! Nick was courteous, knowledgeable and clearly answered all my questions. Although I'll have to wait some time for delivery, I'm confident Grayson Living will follow through with great customer service because they are a reputable business not just a .com located outside US. Plus my daughter recently purchased from Grayson and was also very pleased w/ customer service.
